Thinkware F50. I've had it for about two years now and it's been great. Very unobtrusive when mounted.
I have a F750 + rear for front and back and two F50's for driver and passenger sides. To power everything over night I have a Cellink Battery B lipo pack in the trunk. I'll make a video about my setup tomorrow.
The camera has multiple modes including parking modes.

The Cameras have 5 Modes:
Continuous - Standard loop recording while driving.
Manual - Records a short clip after a button press.
Incident Driving - Triggered by accelerometer while driving.
Parking Surveillance - Motion detection while the engine is off.
Incident Parking - Triggered by accelerometer while engine is off.
When installed with the hardware kit, the cameras detect when the engine is running and automatically switches between driving and parking lot modes.

If you go for 2CH system, generally you don't need a battery pack. If you do 2x 2CH systems for 360 degree coverage, a battery pack is suggested.

If I were you I would definitely apply to work somewhere else. I also would notify HR of the incident in the parking lot, and move to get that person fired. I would also look very hard at these few dash cams.
BlackVue DR650S 2 CH, Thinkware F770 2 CH, and BlackSys CH100B 2CH. BlackVue DR650S you can hook up a Mobile Wifi hotspot to, and it will send out Cellphone notifications via text message of G sensor notifications, and able to live stream via the cloud. Thinkware F770 2CH has superior night vision mode, and has audio notifications of G sensor notifications when you get in and start the vehicle. BlackSys CH100B 2CH looks very basic in comparison, but has the best wifi/cellphone app with options you want, and many other dash cams don't offer.
Anyways, put in complains with HR, get the other guy fired, send out applications & use your social network, and get a new job. GL HF. Seriously get a new job, useless people will put your life at risk until you die, before they will help you.
