I see no one answered your questions so I figured I would try my best. Hope this helps!

1. So this is the scale I use and it is awesome for the cheap price. I think it's usually $60 or $70 but you can get it on amazon for $20. Really fantastic for measuring small quantities. Make sure it is on a very stable, flat surface when you use it. And if you're measuring anything less than 25 mg, it's a good idea to leave the tray on the scale and subtract it from your measurements. It's much easier for the scale to read a difference between 1.500 g and 1.525 g than 0.000 g and 0.025 g.
   
   
   
   
2. I'm not sure anyone can give you a definitive answer for this. Maybe someone who has experimented with microdosing 4-AcO-MET can help you more. I've used 4-AcO-DMT but never to microdose with. It's likely that tolerance won't be much of an issue, but think microdosers would recommend waiting a few days in between usage. Check out /r/microdosing for more info.
   
   
   
   
3. Based on what I've read and my own experience with the DMT version of 4-AcO, I would start at 20 mg. You can always take more next time. Better to be underwhelmed first and dose more at a later date than take too much and have a bad experience. Everyone is different but 20 mg should be sufficient for a noticeable experience. If you're feeling underwhelmed you can always use a little bit of cannabis too (if you enjoy mixing).
   
   
   
   
4. In terms of dosing/storage I would just keep it stored in a sealed bag and place it in a cool, dry, dark environment. It is pretty stable and should remain relatively the same for a decent amount of time. You can also store it in a freezer as long as the bag is airtight and moisture cannot get in while you take it out to use it. I would store it like that and take it out of storage each time you decide to use it. I wouldn't spend the time to measure out aliquots only to take them at a later date.
   
   
   
   
5. I spent some time looking for info on this and couldn't really come up with anything. Unfortunately, when you're dealing with rare research chemicals there just isn't a lot of info available. There is some info for 4-AcO-DMT that might help - they are very similar chemically - but there is not info on water solubility. It's soluble in water, but it's likely more stable in something like ethanol. If stored in the proper solvent and in a freezer it would likely last for years. Although, I would suggest just leaving it in a bag because of the lack of info on solubility. It's just so much easier to work with imo.
