Assuming you live in the US.
1- relax.
2-as you are waiting for Abbot to send free replacements due to them falling off, go on Amazon, order the Simpatch and Skin Tac. Order skin tac in the packets, not bottle.

3-once the purchases and your replacements arrive, on a Sunday or Monday prep for deployment. (Why then? If you have a problem with a sensor or deployment you can call them and possibly get a replacement that week)
4-Study a few application videos from YouTube so you know what to expect.
5-Take a quick shower, one that will clean you and at a time that you don’t expect to get wet or really sweaty for 10-12 hours. Select which arm and apply deodorant to that arm sparingly.
6-wait about 30 minutes for your skin to dry out.
7-Use enclosed alcohol wipes or a 90%+rubbing alcohol on a wipe to clean the area. Let area dry completely. 2-3 minutes.
8-open skin tac packet keeping foil around the pad and holding by foil, it’s sticky that helps you not get it all over., select your application are and apply the substance.
9-having set up your deployment equipment, take unit and using the videos you have seen, apply to the area you selected and used skin tac on.
10-Hold to area for at least a count of 30-60 to help ensure and seat adhesion.
11-Remove applicator, visually check Libre sensor. Using alcohol on a pad or wipe, remove any skin tac from surrounding skin, making sure not to get any alcohol on the sensor or sensor area. Let skin dry from alcohol.
12-Apply Simpatch then activate sensor, or activate sensor while waiting for it to dry and then apply Simpatch. Do not apply to a tight wrap, it’s a coverage not Saran Wrap.

I like the black Simpatch with Skin Tac wipes. I wear almost exclusively dark clothing, because as a diabetic, I could leak blood from any number of needle poked places. When the patch attracts fuzzies, it's no big deal because it's already black.
