Looking at the spec sheet of the Macbook Pro 13, it seems that you should be able to connect the 24 Pro with just a mini-displayport to full sized displayport cable.
The Macbook Pro 13 Mid 2014 apparently supports video output from its thunderbolt ports, but I can't confirm if they can run the display at full 4k60hz.
You can also connect the Pro 24 using an HDMI cable to the Mac, however it'll only run up to 4k30hz as stated in the Mac's spec sheet.
And by the way, the Cintiq Pro 24 does not come with the Wacom Link. The link is completely unnecessary since the Pro 24 already has full sized HDMI, Displayport, and a type - C port with displayport-alt built in.
