the ultimate combo packs on Amazon are a good deal if you don't already own the games.

Recently I got the inFamous Collection on Amazon, and it came bundled with a blue DualShock 3, the price was $50 so it was a pretty good deal.

I'm not sure about which console's games are bigger, but you can change the PS3's hard drive yourself. All you need is a screwdriver and a 2.5" laptop hard drive.
