What do you mean the "tiny ass recycling bin"?
We have two bins in our house, one we collect cans with and one we use for large items and combine when we do curbside. You can buy whatever size you want..We have this one and this one, recycle everything we can and never have problems.
Glass wise, Atlas Glass charges something like sub $10 a month last I checked, and if you don't want to pay that, ripple glass is all over. I make a trip once a month and its never an issue.
I'll concede there are other cities that do it much better, but I feel Kansas city is far from sucking at it.
I would love to have a nice recycling bin for the kitchen! We have industrial sized ones in the garage, but the kitchen one would be great to keep out and empty into the garage. :)
