This product changed my hair game. https://www.amazon.com/Unwash-Bio-Cleansing-Conditioner-Hair-Cleanser/dp/B00NXDR248/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1549070986&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=unwash+bio+cleansing+conditioner&psc=1
I had already tried “no poo,” reducing my shampoo days, then replacing shampoo with the shampoo bar. The bar was just OK. My hair is like yours - fine, oily scalp, dry ends.
I got a sample of Unwash in a beauty box. I thought it was kind of gimmicky, like “shampoo and conditioner in one? Really?”
But it blew my mind. No stripping or build-up. My hair and scalp feel clean, but my natural oils aren’t stripped. My hair is now unbelievably soft, with lots of body and shine. It styles easily (when I can be bothered). Oh, and no stupid tangles to comb out!
I use it daily. I work it into my scalp area, then let it rinse to my ends. I use a hair mask about once a week for extra moisture.
They sell trial sizes of three of their products in a kit. I’ve only tried the Bio-Cleansing Conditioner, but I’m curious about the rest.
Good luck! I feel you on the over- or under-washing conundrum.
