Most modern cards do. Especially custom cards (ones with triple fans that are extra long, for example) sag a lot. Even out of the box, there is a slight but noticeable droop of the card. It only gets worse the longer you let it happen, I have an old, 2-pound GPU from 2015 with a solid steel backplate, and even that one has noticeable sag after years of sitting in my case without additional support.
It's not too surprising, these cards can weigh upwards of 3 pounds and the only thing holding them in place is a piece of the motherboard and some screws on the back of the case.
Fortunately there are good ways to solve this problem, and, at least relative to the price of cards, they're a cheap and worthy investment:

IMO it's just a matter of time before GPU manufacturers catch onto this problem and start shipping cards with support brackets to prevent sag of their cards. Hasn't happened yet though.
I’ve been using this one, none of the side bracket ones work well with the bigger 2080s in my experience.

Here are two different RTX 2080 builds I’ve worked on that use it with it. The bracket has 2 pieces for height so you only need the shorter one.

Dude same. I couldn’t figure it out. I ended up getting [this graphics card brace ](upHere Graphics Card GPU Brace Support Video Card Sag Holder/Holster Bracket, Anodized Aerospace Aluminum, Single or Dual Slot Cards Black (G205) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079HSVSLR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_.0ZkDbMW0HCRE) and it works fine. I just wish it was clear on how to mount it to the actual case.

looks exactly the same
first post got removed... anywho i use this
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079HSVSLR/
Yea, I've got this one - does a pretty good job.
I can't imagine horizontally mounting it without the brace, it's just too much of an absolute unit.
They make things for gpu sag,

I did a video review of the one I have. Towards the end I go over some concerns. Overall I'm happy with the product and would recommend it over using deodorant bottles.

This is something like I have to fix the sag on mine and I would say it works well https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079HSVSLR/ref=sspa_dk_detail_0?psc=1&pd_rd_i=B079HSVSLR&pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_p=f52e26da-1287-4616-824b-efc564ff75a4&pf_rd_r=NBMZ5NCAG055C0TXE1CA&pd_rd_wg=wSvEM&pf_rd_s=desktop-dp-sims&pf_rd_t=40701&pd_rd_w=7mVSg&pf_rd_i=desktop-dp-sims&pd_rd_r=18c244cc-d637-11e8-a8d6-f512c823c951
I honestly didn’t realize Corsair was making their AIOs with all black blocks now. That looks so clean and dope! Also, spend the $13 and get yourself a good GPU support brace. That’s a super long card and you wouldn’t want warping or snapping to hit you.
Got this a few weeks ago for my 1080ti. I had recently put an aftermarket cooler on it and it started sagging. This thing is actually pretty high quality for the price, it works like a charm. There are also braces that go in the PCI bracket below your card that you can get.
Just a UpHere Dual card support. Had it left over from a previous workstation.

oh hey - somebody linked me this gpu holder the other day - never seen it before .... https://www.amazon.com/upHere-Graphics-Anodized-Aerospace-Aluminum/dp/B079HSVSLR ... just in case.
I have the same case and a very similar setup. My CPU / mobo temps are very low. But boy when I mount the 2080ti vertically, it heats up like crazy after a while. The hot air gets pushed down and up, so the air that gets pushed down gets sucked right back into the GPU, so it gradually heats up more and more. Just touch the glass near the GPU after two hours of Battlefield V. While the temps were ok during quick burn tests, prolonged gaming wasn't great. Also, on a different note. The GPU is quite heavy and this thing helps a lot: https://www.amazon.com/upHere-Graphics-Anodized-Aerospace-Aluminum/dp/B079HSVSLR/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1549007222&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=uphere+gpu+support&psc=1
It's pretty normal to have some GPU sag these days. Most people either ignore it or prop the GPU up on a small figurine or other brace.
Personally, I use: https://www.amazon.com/upHere-Graphics-Anodized-Aerospace-Aluminum/dp/B079HSVSLR/ref=sr_1_4?keywords=gpu+brace&qid=1550530125&s=gateway&sr=8-4
It’s sagging lol. Heavily recommend to buy a brace support to avoid further damage to the pci slot. Here’s a solid product and very affordable.
This works really well for my MSI 2080 ti Gaming X Trio.

No, but I used to have a similar issue with my super fat RTX card so that occasionally the mobo couldn't detect the GPU on boot, dropping me into the bios on boot. Bought one of these and it never happened again. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B079HSVSLR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It is indeed a great card! Runs so cool that the fans barely spin, it's actually kind of freaky.
I wasn't able to use the included bracket due to a small metal protrusion on my case blocking the support plate near the 3rd PCIe slot. Ran it for a few weeks with no bracket and it was fine, no visible sag, then got one of these just to be safe:

It will be at my house tomorrow, Ill show you a pic when I get it setup. Thanks again
Indeed, heres a cheaper GPU bracket too:

Its a good idea as you will face some major sag.

You may also want to get something to better organize your cables:
https://www.amazon.com/Viaky-Adhesive-Backed-Adjustable-Management/dp/B01M6U9Q9C/ref=sr_1_8?keywords=cable+management&qid=1571599718&sr=8-8

There are other options for making your setup look a little more tidy like cable raceways:

Yes gpu sag is the only real issue and it kind of sucks you don't have many options. Most braces use the standoffs below the GPU but you have to use your lowest slot to make room for the figures.

Was going to say you are kind of SOL but I was looking on Amazon and I saw this
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079HSVSLR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_auKTBbXXK8128
You might be able to do something to make this look aesthetically pleasing with your cable management with this. Never seen something like this before but it makes sense enough, modders use to use Legos to make brace towers like this when they swap out the cooling on the GPU with something much heavier.

Just ordered this. I think this will fix the issue for me. Didn’t even cross my mind to support the other side with a post like device!
Thanks for the help my friend :)
That's a really neat solution actually. I saw this too on there and it doesn't look so bad either. Not quite as low profile as the one you got but looks sturdy as hell.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079HSVSLR
yeah it should work ,, since you got a radiator you will have to put it on the white bar, i think on mine on the bottom of the stand theres a screw if you loosen you can move it around to fit on the white bit, something like this would work better for you
https://www.amazon.com/upHere-Graphics-Anodized-Aerospace-Aluminum/dp/B079HSVSLR/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1543317400&sr=8-3&keywords=gpu+support
this one is what i used
https://www.amazon.com/Cooler-Master-Accessory-Universal-Adjustable/dp/B01IQCBKOI/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1543317242&sr=8-5&keywords=gpu+support
they are not that long, its two bars screwed togsther for 2 card support, you can use just one bar and it should be algs
EDIT: just realized you dont have a front mounted radiator in which case either one will work
It is a pretty badass little card support thing that is sold on Amazon. It has an extension pole, and two adjystable legs in case you are running SLI. Check it out:

I use this GPU brace - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B079HSVSLR/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_R4gxCb1HW74S7
Works great!

Sure thing!

This or this would help way more than reinforced PCIe slots
I picked up a GPU brace to hold the other end (opposite the I/O ports). I used something like this

Cheap, durable, and works.
