Here Is a chart comparing charging speeds. At best the one you linked will charge at 7.5 W. If it’s not compatible with some special Qi thing that Apple does it will charge at 5 W.
The best budget charger is to use an iPad charger. Or look for a charger that can supply 12 W per port like this which can charge 2 devices quickly. You can use the cable in the box and it works fine. For cars anker also makes this which does the same.

I highly recommend this power bank. It’s small and portable but very powerful. As a matter of fact I liked it so much that I bought a second one. But you have to buy the Anker usb power adapter. For some reason the battery wouldn’t charge with my Apple usb wall adapter.

If you can, try grabbing one of those 5W or 10W chargers. Anker makes some great ones. They usually run about $10-$20 depending on the model (some are multi-port, some have fast charging, some have USB-C out, etc). I use this one and it works really well. You can also scroll halfway down the page to see the different models there are, too.
Basically, you make sure it have enough voltage to provide the appropriate power to the hub, then the amperage is almost like how many devices you can power at that voltage.

Well, it isn't a cheap charger but it's not the official one. I use an Anker charger, has two turbo power ports. But as I understand it, if a phone can't use it, it only provides the power a phone can use. Pretty fancy stuff.
It's essentially this charger, but it doesn't say when I last bought it, so it must be an updated model.
