Ignore things you don't have ( chassis intrusion, speaker, TPM etc ), the board doesn't need them. Actually it only needs 20+4pin MB and 4/8-pin CPU power connectors to run, you can use a screwdriver to short the power pins and it will run fine without anything else, it's all optional ( SATA, USB headers, power leds, reset button etc )

The Gaming 3 doesn't come with a built-in beeper, so no, it won't beep unless you plug in a speaker, you can buy one separately ( like this one ) or do what I did and just salvage it from any trash pc laying arround, the plug is mostly standard
