Here's the original blue to purple, and the purple it faded to. The blue was manic panic midnight blue and the purple was punky colour violet, which you can see was more vibrant and didn't fade as much as the manic panic blue. It all ended up pretty similar coloured after the red though.

The red I used is the tulip red from Directions. I'd never heard of them till I found that amazon page selling a set of 6 tubs and thought it'd be fun to mix and match.
