^^ this is the classic book that has almost everything you need to know. there are some things missed that are are evident and relevant that weren't back in the 80's when it was written but see my other post for some of it.

^^ this helped me personally improve my entries and success. instead of have a few stabs at picking tops and bottoms my success rate is awesome now. it helps understand what "waiting for confirmation" means.
