I don't really stress out or have any sort of "mind racing" or anything like that when I try and sleep. It's really just staring at a wall and being incredibly bored, but trying not to think about it.

I guess Melatonin is supposed to help you stay asleep, plus this has other soothing herbs and things like that in it. Good reviews as well. It was also suggested that I try a time-release Melatonin, and also Valerian. I would like to try the more natural options before heading for the drugs. I'm definitely not opposed if that's what I need, but I figure I'll give these things a shot first.
