Theres a product I have been using that has been helpful. It's called vitamin C by tree of life. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00S2G786S?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_title

Idk how sensitive your skin is but this has helped a little bit.

Of course there's hope for you! Like the others have mentioned before, weight loss would be the first step. You've done it twice you can do it again and make substainable changes.

When looking at your face the first thing I'm drawn to is your eyebrows, I might be biased in this regard because I grow the thickest manly eyebrows possible thanks to my dad. Getting them professionally done is fine but can get costly so I ended up buying one of those $10 eyebrow shavers and learned how to shape my own. I found this [photo] (https://pin.it/we4kx2bbutbkae) very useful when learning.
You may want to learn how to lightly contour your forehead and invest in some hair extensions to fill in your hair more and have it colored. I also can't stress the importance of a good skin care routine. Vitamin C serum will wake your skin up and make you glow. I personally use this one and I've seen some results.
Finally I would recommend buying some more stylish clothing that accentuate your body without being slutty. The general rule is focus on one good feature at a time such as tasteful cleavage, legs, arms, ect.
Good luck!

If you have the $ for foam I’d definitely invest. They have a 3 month supply at my local Walmart for $29, but it’s taken me 2 months to finish the first bottle applying it liberally and I’ve had zero issues with flaky skin. As far as the vitamin C serum, I’ve found Amazon is the best way to go— this is the serum I’ve been using because it’s cheap and has great reviews and ingredients: Vitamin C Serum for Face - Anti Aging Facial Serum https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00S2G786S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_sc2QDb8DCCB72

But there are plenty of different options to choose from, just do a bit of research!

  1. Etude House Sunprise Mild Airy Finish Sun Milk SPF50+
  2. A vitamin C serum. I just got this sort of generic one off Amazon and have been liking it so far, and I've previously liked another sort of generic one off of Amazon (OzNaturals). I've tried other vitamin C's (including ones recommended and highly recommended here), and despite the weaker form of Vitamin C used in my generic Amazon products, I genuinely like using them more and think they do more for my skin.
  3. A moisturizer. I've been using Cerave PM and I like it, but I want to try something different when I run out, because new things are fun!

I also have a benzoyl peroxide/antibiotic prescription that helped clear up my skin a lot, but I'm trying to wean myself off of it/go back to straight BP if my skin will let me. If prescriptions count against my three, I'd kill off the face-specific moisturizer and just use whatever other bottle of lotion I use on my body.

If I could add two products to the list, the other ones I reach for every day are:

  • Desert Essence Oil Blend. It has a few different oils that people here recommend by themselves, so I saw this and got it on a whim. If one is good, ALL OF THEM MUST BE GREAT, RIGHT? (Poking fun at myself here. But my bad logic worked out this time.) It does have orange peel oil in it, which might be irritating for people with sensitive skin, but I like it because it smells nice.

  • A facial cleanser. My current favorite is probably Acure Radically Rejuvenating Cleansing Cream, but I also kind of love/hate the St. Ives Apricot & Manuka Honey Cleansing Stick (it's very trendy/buzzwordy -- Manuka honey! Cactus water! On a stick! -- it has some questionable ingredients like coconut oil, I'm not convinced that it wouldn't melt in a bag left in a hot car when travelling, and it seems unsanitary to rub the same piece of soap on my face every day [says the girl who uses bar soap], BUT I do actually think it cleanses well/leaves my skin soft/smells nice). I have Vanicream cleanser too, and it does a good job but is kind of a snoozefest.

I use witch hazel and rosehip oil every morning and night and it helps with evening out the skin tone and with acne scars. I also recommend vitamin c serum which you can get for a good price on amazon from Tree of Life Beauty. Vitamin C serum is both anti aging and will even out your skin and will protect it from the sun. The reviews on the ToLB one are really good. vitamin c rosehip oil i use

P.s. tea tree oil didn’t really do anything for me and if you want a good face mask I recommend this one with Apple cider vinegar added in. Don’t use it daily or it will dry your skin out.

I would say you are attractive. Obviously try getting rid of the acne, I would suggest going to a dermatologist possibly getting some Accutane if your acne is that bad or just doing your own research.
What I like to do is use a cleanser on my face before I go to sleep and after I wake up. Then I use a Vitamin-C Serum which actually helps a lot, and then finally a moisturizer. So just those three steps every morning and every night. (+Just try to keep your face clean) Once your skin isn't as bumpy you can use makeup to cover up dark spots and redness (I know you're a guy, but it helps. Just make sure it doesn't look like you have make up on)
