Charcoal. And not the dumb ones they package and sell as toothpaste for like $24, but like food grade charcoal. A whole tub of it is like $7. It works but you have to do it consistently. Like 3-5 days a week. That, and oil pulling. (Mouthwashing with oil).

Literally just dip my wet toothbrush in it and brush away. And then I use coconut oil to oil pull.
I didn't do anything else besides use this mask.
I had to buy all the products separately, which I did off of amazon.

Apple cider vinegar & honey: buy it from your local grocery store. Though just get organic. A lot of people recommend the Bragg's brand in particular.
You don't have to buy those particular brands, but those are the ones I use and I loved the reviews/prices on them.
