It’s the 74" uncut. I mounted it on this desk frame. Went with a crank sit/stand desk because I barely ever adjust it, saved some cash, and if I want to stand I actually like that I have to do a little work to stretch out the shoulder. It’s super smooth and not hard at all.
Took about an hour total to set it up and I was definitely taking my time. Biggest game changer is the monitor desk mount. So much more breathing room and no more banging my mouse against the stock stand.
If you've already got a table top you could use (or an old door), I'd recommend getting some standing desk legs and just screwing them into it. E.g. https://www.amazon.com/VIVO-Adjustable-Ergonomic-Workstation-DESK-V101M/dp/B074P7QCYH/
I bought a pair of these and screwed them into an old desk top I had. It works amazing. Very stable. Lots of room. Cheaper than the Wahoo desk and it converts easily to a regular desk for when I'd like that.

Been using this sit/stand base from VIVO, cheap and no issues in about a year and a half of use.
IKEA butcher block on top of this guy.
They aren't that expensive. I got adjustable height legs (no physical desk included) off Amazon for like $180 about a year ago and it's been great. Feel sturdy and high quality.
From there you need the desk which will vary in your budget. Personally, I work for a Corian fabricator and so I had our shop make a solid surface desk for me with a plywood subtop and I mounted that one. Obviously that would be the most expensive way to go if you don't have a connection like I did. However. You could grab an Ikea table top for like $50 and toss it on. At the end of the day you can have an adjustable height desk for under $300 easily.

I put some wood on a set of these.
VIVO Adjustable Crank Legs

They were heavier then I expected, havent had any issues, although I bought a drill bit for a few bucks thats the same size as the hexagon crank so I can drill it up or down instead of hand cranking it, lol.

Thanks man!
For what it's worth, I bought this awhile ago and absolutely love it. Seems a bit cleaner, and cheaper than adding another thing on top
