I'm doing well! I started reading WAITloss as a follow up to Brain Over Binge, and I highly recommend it. It made me feel loads better about not being strongly influenced by Brain Over Binge. I installed a clicker app on my phone, and I already have 10 clicks, and some really exciting rewards planned for myself!
I'm seriously hating January, but I've resisted binge-ing today, despite so many urges, including 3 (!!!) boxes of chocolate someone brought in to the office today. Who even does that!?
edit: I just did a search and realized that this book (WAITloss) hasn't been mentioned here yet, so here's a link: https://www.amazon.ca/W-I-T-loss-Freedom-Disorder-Addictions-ebook/dp/B01E4U39DG
It's relatively cheap and a much easier read than Brain Over Binge, but the tl;dr of it is this girl (Wendy) read Brain Over Binge, but continued binge-ing, so she got herself a clicker and every time she has an urge but resists it, she gives herself a click, with rewards planned at different intervals.
