You will most likely need to buy a new pen. The sensor inside which detects pressure was probably pushed too hard when your pen fell and the mechanism got stuck in place.
Opening the pen up and freeing the stuck sensor is one option you could try, but that may result in you damaging the pen further.
Luckily for you, that tablet is still very much supported. There's still a lot of replacement available, so it seems.

Yeah, wrong pen. You got the one for the 2015 Intuos tablets :/
CTL4100 uses the LP1100K (looks nearly identical, but has a better sensor and the back screws off to store spare nibs).
