Diet is key! I had amazing benefits by eating more veggies and less meat, less processed shit. Less sugar and salt.
The thing is, once you fix your diet, the weight comes off with a lot less effort. You get more energy, which makes it easier to workout, which amplifies the health benefits.
Feeling physically fit and energetic has a HUGE HUGE HUGE impact on your mood. I think it should be considered one of the fundamentals of inner game.
