This is the collection that I've amassed over 15+ years of collecting. They range from sauces made by restaurants from around the country, to collectables, and everything in between. I get them from all over the place, but I really like going to hot sauce expos and festivals and picking some up from there. You get to try and buy some really unique sauces (my favorite "odd" sauce is a Heatonist sauce made with charcoal, so it's completely black).

In case anyone is wondering, the shelves on the right are these ones from Amazon, and I can't recommend them highly enough: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01MQ1UEUP. My father and I made the display case on the left years ago. The ones in the corner are from Home Depot.

If anyone has any questions, let me know!
