  • 100% canned pumpkin puree (NOT pie filling). Make sure there is no added sugar or anything besides pumpkin

  • Honest Kitchen's Perfect Form - I have had a lot of success from this, even more so than with pumpkin. It has slippery elm which coats the digestive tract and helps sooth upset tummies really fast (much like pepto, but for dogs).

  • Pre/Pro-biotics, like Wholistic Digest All. Good for maintenance / prevention more so than treatment.

    If Diarrhea lasts more than 48 hours without improvement (with or without treatment) you should see your vet. You should see your vet more immediately if your dog's tummy is tender to the touch (the dog reacts negatively when you palpate their stomach), there is blood in the stool, and/or it is paired with lethargy or other symptoms.
