There is a dearth of architecture media that is geared towards non-architects. It's a serious problem for our profession.

• Rebel Architecture is a six-part documentary series profiling architects who are using design as a form of activism and resistance to tackle the world's urban, environmental and social crises. Also, Al Jazeera is an unexpectedly good resource for non-architects (and architects) to learn about architecture.
  
• Visual Acoustics is a documentary about the architecture photography of Julius Schulman and reveals a lot about the profession itself.
