Frank Dobbin in sociology has done a lot of work on this topic too. See links below to books and articles not covered by the other two folks.

I'm happy to talk about this further with you, as most of the interventions in practice and that have been evaluated in academia are not effective. However, many process improvements we learn about in IO like job analysis (i.e., improving the criteria we select, evaluate, and promote on), structured interviewing (no gender bias with structured interviews in this recent paper), and better rating systems in performance management can all reduce cognitive/social biases and improve inclusion and belonging for everyone.
