EDIT: Be warned! That ring mandrel might not be completely round (I'm not too sure from the photo)! It will be really hard to hammer the ring into a cleaner circle! This one would be a pretty good option http://www.armstrongtoolsupply.com/stepped-ring-mandrel.html, although, I prefer a fully round and unmarked one.
