That's known as a DM Screen. I don't use one in my game, but there are tons of places online where you can order them. Amazon, eBay, your FLGS, just for starters. This one looks great, since you can put your own artwork/notes in the screen.
And here's a video of Critical Role's DM Matt Mercer detailing his own personal GM screen setup (DND 5e, if that's the system you use).
On the opposite side of my screen I post homebrew rules, some generic charts (stuff like healing potions, the different types of initiative rolls I use, and the like), and I have a spot I use to post the initiative order.
Art and the like is cool and all, but I've been DMing campaigns at a LGS and often I have new players join (because the other DM's hate incorporating them at times, plus my campaign kind centers around a mercenary theme, so dropping someone in is quite easy) and I got tired of answering questions repeatedly.
Lighted I use this screen as has the handy dandy pockets and the like. Plus with the 3 sections on it I can make myself a lot of room for my big binder + a book and room for dice rolls.
I picked up the worlds greatest gm screen a few years ago. I've never needed another.
