They're both cheap, chinese knockoffs. I replied to a similar question the other day. If you only want to spend $100 then it's going to be real tough. If it's not one of these brands: AAXA, Vivitek, LG, Dell, Viewsonic, Optoma, Epson, BenQ, Sony, Panasonic, JVC then it's likely junk.
Projector Central is my favorite projector site and they did a write up a few years ago on cheap projectors. #2 is especially true when looking at some of these projectors. People are just happy that it's decent and the sheer size of picture is great. I know because my very first projector was this Whalestone. :)
If you want to go with a cheap projector then pick one that has a lot of pictures and reviews.
