GBA should work well on most phones at any price range. It really depends if you want to do more with it such as emulate other platforms like PSP, GameCube etc. I was emulating GBA since the days of Nokia Symbian devices.

I'd recommend upping your budget a little for that. You'd probably need to spend around 130-150 for something with a Snapdragon 625 and 200-220 for something with a Snapdragon 660 in the budget lineup.

if you want to stick to a similar price, I'd recommend the Redmi Go over the Blu phones since I trust the build on Redmi a little more and since it's a Snapdragon processor, battery life should also be a bit better.
