Late to answer so this will get buried, but give charcoal soap a try. I don't lift but I do aerials (pole/hoop/silks) and my hands get slick SO quickly. Wash your hands with a soap like this one before you start your session. It seems to draw a lot of the moisture out, and leaves my hands more dry throughout the typical hour-long class

I have extremely sensitive skin that breaks out very easily. When I switched to cruelty free products it took me a while to find something that didn't make me break out even more. That's bs. When I had really bad flair ups from candida infection my belt buckle would give me pimplyb rashes. The best thing you can do is buy this soap, Yes To Tomatoes Bar Soap Activated Charcoal and use it daily.

Other than that, I'm a guy, so this is easier for me to do, but I wear two pairs of underwear. One boxer brief and one boxer and it gives me extra padding that helps keep that belt buckle from being able to rub.

Another thing is if you are sexually active, be sure that you showed after sex as soon as is feasible, but at least use a warm washrag to wash that area.

The best piece of advice you can ever get about keeping that area from breaking out is DON'T TOUCH IT. Keep your fingers and hands away. My rashes have almost completely stopped since I finally stopped myself from constantly inspecting and touching and putting me hands anywhere near that area.
