Do it! I have the same problem and live in the middle of fuckin' nowhere. A great place to start is the dvd "Yoga for Beginners and Beyond"

It comes with three dvds and has over 40 routines. There are a lot of specific routines (hip pain, lower back pain, tension headaches, stress relief, even constipation) with varying times (from 10 minutes to an hour) so you never get bored. I got it this past February and use it all the time.

The woman never talks about the 'spiritual' side of yoga during the routines. Most of what she says is about the reasons why we lose flexibility over time (sitting in chairs all day or in your car, for example).

I see a couple things you should get yourself!

First: Yoga for Beginners! Why? Because yoga calms the mind, soothes the soul, and is all around great for your body. I actually have this set of DVDs, and I love it. There are workouts on it for whatever time of the day it is, whatever mood you're in, or even for what body parts hurt. But wait! There's more! With the flexibility you'll gain from doing these workouts, you can do weird shit like point over your shoulders with your feet any time someone asks for directions! Or do a perfect back-bend crab-walk any time the mood strikes you! Want to freak out your kids? Back-bend crab-walk! Want to make a dramatic exit? Back-bend crab-walk! Need I say more?

Second: Call of Duty: Black Ops II. Why? Because ZOMBIES, that's why. The only reason I bought this game is for the zombies. I actually have yet to meet anyone who bought this game for anything other than the zombies... :D

I do yoga, if you go for that get this set

Its glorious for inflexible people like me. There are easier ones to do to get you started and its very forgiving as well if you can't do things exactly. I love it, its really helped my back a lot I can stand longer at least and don't have as much pain :) I haven't done the other two to have any suggestions there sorry!
