I don't know who Future Beach is but you can buy any number of different pad-eye options on Amazon or elsewhere. I have these and they're fine: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01ENHY36M

Yak Gear also makes some -- readily available at Dicks Sporting Good, Academy, BassPro, etc. MUCH less than $15ea.

As for the seat - maybe call the folks at Austin Kayak and see what they have which might fit? Can't imagine it'd be difficult to find a match for less than $50. Though maybe not.

Finally - depending on how much plastic you need, is there anywhere on the kayak you've been wanting to put a 4" or 6" hatch? Easy way to get a hatch where you wanted and have some matching material to use for the other repairs. Austin Kayak has a variety of hatch kits. (no I have no connection, just they have a lot of stuff to choose from in one place)
