Does it really work well? I have been on a nail journey the last few years(checkered with a few relapses into biting them, eep) and have found a couple products that help a touch with how much they used to split(honestly changing my diet has helped loads, but the poor things are getting over years of abuse so it makes sense that they'd still need a little help) and I will take any advice I can get!
