A pretty good option is 3M VetWrap. Although not exactly comfortable enough to wear all the time, I love it for activities with a higher chance of the sensor getting snagged. Or times with lots of sweat that tends to take away the stickiness of the sensor. Another thing that's worked well (and better for everyday use) is Mastisol. It's super sticky, so you'd also need Detachol to remove it when it's time for a sensor change. I'm sure it's probably similar stuff to what others have suggested here, that's just what I've found to work for me. Good luck!!

As a large-ish crossdresser, I'd go ransack the Lane Bryant, the Torrid, the Burlington Coat Factory, local thrift stores, and anywhere else likely to have cute girl clothes in a size that would fit me. I'd also hit up the Payless shoes, as that's the only brick & mortar store I've found that reliably has cute girl shoes in a size 13 & up.

After that, I would go next door to the Ulta & be able to practice with cosmetics until I got flawless with them. If I depleted the store's inventory, I'd go a couple streets over to the Sephora. Likewise with doing my own nail polish & eyebrow plucking. I'd also find one of those professional electrolysis places, figure out how to work the equipment, and get rid of my body hair.

I would make sure to raid the local CVS, Walgreens, etc. for this type of medical adhesive for making my breast forms stick to my chest.

Because I'd be wearing my corset constantly, I would presumably start to shed weight, since the corset kinda has the same effect as a stomach stapling. As I started to lose weight, I'd be able to fit into smaller and smaller sizes, which means I would be able to find more and more cute dresses to wear.

Sure, I'd fit in some casual robbery of cash in there, but first & foremost I'd be all about the pretty girl clothes. I would probably spend more time going around the metro area, seeing attractive & stylishly dressed women, then dressing myself in their same style.

I had to dig through a million text messages to find it.

Obviously this isn't medical advice or any recommendation on fit for purpose from anyone. But I would love to hear about your experiences if you try it out.

I put on the sides of my stomach (think love handle area) and put Mastisol (like SkinTac) on first, then the sensor and then layer over it with Tegaderm (I bought a roll of 11 yards) it keeps it secure for two weeks and I work out and sweat every day

Medical adhesive spray (http://www.amazon.com/Hollister-Medical-Adhesive-spray-7330/dp/B0002DMRBA). You need to get the remover as well (http://www.amazon.com/Hollister-Medical-Adhesive-Remover-Spray/dp/B0006ULM6U). Realize that over time, the forms will get damaged, but if you clean them well after each use they will last a while.

I was referring to a medical adhesive to use on the forms (https://www.amazon.com/Hollister-Medical-Adhesive-Sku-HOL7730/dp/B0011FWT34/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1483758101&sr=8-1&keywords=medical+adhesive). There are methods for creating cleavage with medical tape alone though. I personally never really liked the tape and went this route.
