I have found these Gerd's Pumpkin Seeds to be very satisfying. I have tried many brand's and these are the most delicious. And cheaper per the oz when compared to Kroger, or paying the gas station prices. For 'round the campfire, peanuts in the shell are superfun and you can throw the shell in the fire!

For the day to day I would do cold cuts, plan on burgers, hotdogs can fit macros, hardboiled eggs. At camp I love love my BPC as I'm an early riser.

Personally, when I go away Imma treat myself with some Quest bars, almonds, tillamook cheese & all the other cheeses, smokehouse ham, I'll have some par-cooked bacon. Just all the amazing things.

Who am I kidding, I eat like a Queen everyday. Never been happier with my food.

It's really tough without access to fresh veggies, avocados, and eggs. I'd stock up on Isopure Zero Carb protein powder to help meet protein macros, and 86% chocolate for a half portion treat each day. You can't eat too many, but these pumpkin seeds are a handy salty snack to munch on and add a ton of fiber to your diet when you crunch them up whole.

Bring Morton's lite salt and magnesium supplements as well for electrolytes since you may find it easier to just fast on ship.

Scotch Eggs with our own Montreal Chicken Seasoning (http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20090103012740AAC97kV) with a little extra red pepper for extra kick. Rolled in crushed pumpkin seeds that were ground with a coffee grinder.

Did some quick calorie calculation at Verywell's recipe analyzer and it came up with this. For how many dried ingredients this uses, I'm actually very suprised at how reasonable the calorie count is. Probably because of the lack of oil and nut butters in this recipe, which is what I would usually expect to serve as binding for these kinds of bars. So what is binding these bars besides the maple syrup?

EDIT: sorry my calculations were off, I was using the numbers for fresh cranberries, not dried. Also the proper numbers for the pumpkin seeds This should be the real numbers.

DOUBLE EDIT: Nevermind this recipe analyzer is garbage, it's telling me that 8 tablespoons (half a cup) of bob's red mill raw pumpkin seeds is 1,520 calories, but when you look at the package on amazon, 8 tablespoons should be 506 calories. So I don't know what the fuck to believe anymore. I still want to know what's binding these bars together tho.
