Mostly just wanted to say good for you. I don't think you can go too wrong here, especially if this is your first time giving her a dedicated day. I guarantee she will appreciate it, no matter what.
I would second most of what the others have already said: get her some cute and decently made diapers, give her a few bottles (add a little sugar/sweetner to the milk and warm it a little to make it extra wonderful). I'd recommend getting a bottle with an adult sized nipple (it can be a little difficult with the baby ones), too. Prepare her food for her and maybe feed her, depending on how little she is. I actually like baby food, myself - you might make her try some (something fruity - not veggies/meats), but sounds like your wife might be a little older than me, so maybe mac & cheese, chicken nuggets, and hot dogs might be in order. Maybe make her wear a bib, depending on her age.
I think cuddling is one of the most important things - spend lots of time cuddling her and holding her. I also second the kisses on the forehead. Tell her you love her just the way she is, and use whatever little pet names you have for her (or princess or sweet pea if you haven't given her one yet). If you're big enough/she's small enough, maybe carry her some.
Watch some Disney for sure, but also be sure to read her some cute/fun bedtime stories when you put her down. Then put on music box-esque lullaby music softly (search lullabies on YouTube).
I'd caution you on the spanking(s) - some people love that but others don't - you should know or ask your wife about that, don't assume.
Lots of folks like pats on the butt now and again to be reminded of their diapers. You should definitely make a deal about checking her diaper (fingers in the elastic to see if she's wet).
If she doesn't have an adult sized pacifier, get her one (but it sounds like she might). Likewise, she probably has a favorite stuffie, but if not, get her one. I also wouldn't go get furniture to start, but a cute snap-crotch onesie and/or footie pajamas would be great.
I also highly recommend toys. I love my visual rainmaker (https://www.amazon.com/MP400-Visual-Rainmaker/dp/B0018YYPJ4) and my Perplexus Epic. I can really play with those for a good while and feel like a baby, moreso than some baby toys. As others have said, coloring is also always good, as is Play Doh.
Try to enjoy her happiness and enter into the pretend with her as best you can. The straighter you can play it that's she's really little, the better. Whatever you do though, it will be great!
I providing her research pointers as a good, small first step.
Penny Barber's book is an excellent reference for things related to adult babies.
I would stay away from Rosalie Bent's "There's a Baby in My Bed." It's a very prescriptive and one-true-way approach to the topic that I find to be disempowering and sex-negative. If you decide to get it, I HIGHLY recommend reading it first before sharing it with your partner.
Bitter Grey's Understanding Infantilism site is pretty good. Though it may be a bit advanced depending on the roles you would like her to take on.
And, I promise not to plug our show at EVERY opportunity. But I think listening and talking about some episodes of the Big Little Podcast could open up some interesting discussion.
Other great, simple practices can be:
The most important thing you can do is keep talking about it. When you do these things, talk about what you enjoyed and why. Really seek to understand what the experience was like for her and focus in on those things that particularly call to her.
Good luck,

But these have free shipping 🤣!!!
Seriously though, I'm sorry for your unfortunate shipping situation! Maybe northshore Adam will read this and try to expand his market (i can't remember if he is on here or just adisc so I don't know how to tag him). They are defiantly worth a try but you get rearz that offer some great diapers IMO. I hope someday you get to try northshore diapers because every diaper is worth trying at least once! (I hope i come off as joking and not rude, being rude is no where near my intent!)
Good luck!
And happy diapering!
Edit: found his user name, looking for u/NorthShoreAdam to maybe help this Canadian diaper enthusiast.
>What are some of my options out there, anyone have an advice for me?
I'll be honest, ever since we've had all of these wonderful companies making ABDL specific diapers, I've mostly used them and thus can really only speak to the cutesy printed stuff. I also don't really use any of the lower capacity offerings, but here it is:
I can say Rearz Safari is, in my opinion the best diaper on the market, incredibly absorbent, quite thick and a darn cute print. They do run a bit expensive and are probably overkill for what I imagine the average bedwetter voids. If it's something you'd be interested in, they also have a darn cute Princess Pink diaper too.
Bambino sells them, as does the official Rearz website.

ABU has the Space/LittlePawz Diapers that are similar absorbancy and a little cheaper. They offer an all white diaper called Simple if you don't want prints. Preschools might also work for you depending on the absorbancy you need.

I've not tried them myself, but I do find the print awesome on the Tykables Overnight Diapers, but I've heard good things about them.

On the medical diaper side:
Dry 24/7 worked well the last time I tried them (Maybe 2 years ago or so?)
https://www.amazon.com/ConfiDry-24-Absorbency-Diapers-Medium/dp/B00MAPONSS/
Northshore's brand did well too (same timeframe)
https://www.amazon.com/NorthShore-Supreme-Briefs-Medium-Pack/dp/B00NI5A2M0/
Tena ultra stretch. To me it is the best fitting and most comfortable diaper for the price. Sorry they are purple though. The super strech are green, thicker, and more costly (Around that dollar per price). But the Ultras are great and just as good as most dollar per diapers.
FYI, they are cloth like backing with on big strechy tape. It works really well and can be adjust dozens of times before it wears out. The cloth backing is great for extended wear because they breath very well without suffering from leaks (probably not s problem for you).
I hear you, but he’s right, and I can say, as someone who also doesn’t love plastic pants either, that I’m finding I really like the PUL ‘plastic’ pants that I’ve tried from GaryWear:
https://www.amazon.com/GaryWear-Active-Brief-Large-Gray/dp/B00B8N8WEY
I tried one pair and liked them enough that I’ve gone ahead and bought a couple more. They really do help a lot with smell, and they come in various colors to suit either of you as needed. I like them both for when I’m concerned with possible leaks, but mainly if I’m going to be wearing outside and I’m worried about having to bend over or if my shirt may come up above my waist line. I’d much rather they see a pair of these in black or blue than see an ABU diaper. :)
PLEASE READ: THIS IS THE BEST DEAL I CAN FIND!
Here is the best deal I can find on the Abena M4.
It's under $60, has free shipping, and will arrive to you quick! It's sold from a great seller and I can't recommend these enough!
Well there is a lot of ABDL stuff on Amazon including pacis. Just read carefully. But the LFB are adult ones and yes, they are bigger than the biggest baby ones I've tried. There are others on there from other makers, but the LFB are the least expensive to buy and try out. And you do get a lot of baby stuff recommendations when you browse for ABDL items. Read into the descriptions and reviews.
This is the one I have:
Littleforbig Bigshield Generation-2 Adult Sized Pacifier Dummy for Adult Baby ABDL Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071RV3NS1/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_.KDVDbBSXYAKY
Remember my suggestion to put a vent hole for the nipple. The whole pacifier can be easily disassembled and will make the task easier. The trickiest part is getting the nipple secured but using the handle end of a spoon helps.
The big difference between the Gen 1 and Gen 2 is the shape and the parts between a Gen 1 and Gen 2 are not compatible withe the other. (Pacis in the same gen can swap parts so you can have a multi-colored paci.
Now this one is the actual "NUK 5"--the original version and it is on my private wishlist. I don't think you have to add a vent with that one.
Nuk Medic Pro (L) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B003NNETG2/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_JQDVDbQ1V51QF
I do have to admit that the paci you were looking at is cute as hell and if you like it, get it. Pacis are the sort of item where having more than one is not a bad thing.
Just say no to the department store brands! Even if you're considering them for solely cost purposes, there are so many better options on Amazon for practically the same price. I recommend starting with something like Abena and possibly upgrading from there.
As far as wearing in public, only wearing super thick padding or tight pants over it will give it away visually, assuming you can conceal any potential waddle. Wearing undies over diapers to compress them can help, but may take away from their absorbency.
If you're wetting, both smells and leaks can be a concern. While plastic pants may seem like a steep investment for someone just dabbling in the kink, they're the best insurance that neither will become obvious in public. Along the same lines, I find plastic-backed padding will keep the smell of pee contained far better than cloth-backed can.
I personally don't use my diapers for their intents and purposes often enough to merit buying a diaper genie so I use a couple different methods. I used to double bag them in plastic grocery bags and put them out in the trash immediately. They don't smell that bad as long as they're not disturbed but I live in a house with other DLs so I don't have to worry about questions. However, the best method I've found was using these guys I bought locally once. They are the coolest thing since sliced bread! Any diaper I dispose of in one of those bags smells like baby powder. I can only imagine combining those with a diaper genie (if its possible) will leave you with an odor free life after you change or get changed!
I just use a regular trash can with a lid. I chose the 11-gallon (well, 10.6) because 13-gallon kitchen trash bags still fit in it just fine, but if a 13-gallon one is full of wet diapers, I have trouble carrying it, but I definitely wanted something larger than a 7-gallon bathroom trash can. Honestly, I don't notice much difference between the trash can and the 13-gallon one in our kitchen.
I also keep my bedroom window open, weather permitting, and spray Febreeze near the trash can if I notice an odor, even if I'm only noticing the odor when I open the trash can to dispose of a freshly removed diaper. In the warmer months, when odors seem to be exacerbated, I also put the wet diapers in super small trash bags and tie them closed. The bags aren't really large enough for a diaper I've been wearing 8 hours, but with the diaper rolled up, and the more open end facing inside the bag, they do well enough. I almost never notice an odor and I definitely was when I was just keeping them in a trash bag that was twisted close.
That said, I'm urinary incontinent and only using diapers for urinating in them. If you're using your diaper for more than that, what I'm doing may not be enough for you.
I'd suggest this one and if you're feeling a bit adventurous or doing dares then this one.
Amazon is always the answer when in doubt.. just look for the one you're after with the best rating, easy.
Also, with the tip - apply lube to it before hand.

Sounds like you want some Gary Active wear briefs:
https://www.amazon.com/GaryWear-Active-Brief-Large-Gray/dp/B00B8N8WEY
They're not so much 'plastic' pants as rubber, but they're the best I've used. The interior fabric is a soft stretchy rubber material, while the outside is cloth. Very discreet as they essentially make no noise, and the outside fabric works well under other clothing. I use them if I know I'm going to go #2 in the diaper I'm wearing (helps keep smells limited), or if I sleep in a diaper overnight. I know I've had instances where I've flooded my diaper while sleeping and these contained the leak really well.
They come in pretty neutral colors and aren't easily distinguished from other laundry.
I need to weigh in that the dryer method is not only dangerous but also really embarrassing. I had the unfortunate experience of trying to explain to the local fire marshall and property management why I had started a fire in a common area. In the end we agreed to disagree and I moved to a different unit that had a washer and dryer in the unit.
I didn’t want to risk another dispute with the property management and decided to find a better solution. I used to do research and development and helped create several products you may commonly use today. With my background and experience I undertook this challenge in finding a way to properly warm my daipers. I experimented with many different ideas and solutions and ultimately came up with the “hot pocket method”. I know it sounds absurd but hear me out and your life will be changed forever.
Step 1:
30/45 minutes before you are ready to change take your diaper and wrap it in aluminum foil like a hot pocket. I suggest using the Reynolds’s heavy duty wrap ( https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00OBGVUQM/ ) , I attempted to use the Walmart brand and it resulted in another embarrassing dispute with property management. And let’s be honest if you have even a single fiber or moral compass you won’t support Walmart. (Support your local small businesses please).
Step 2:
Set your toaster oven to broil and set a timer for 17 minutes and place the pocket directly in the center. Again I’ve tested this with multiple products and endorse the Breville BOV650XL ( https://www.amazon.com/Breville-BOV650XL-Compact-Smart-Stainless/dp/B00357YS3A/ )
Step 3:
After the 17 minutes has completed remove the pocket from the appliance and allow to cool for 15-20 minutes.
Step 4: unwrap and enjoy

I bought this book abut a year ago to give to any of my future girl friends. It does a good job explaining things and even giving tips on how couples can participate in the fetish together.
I recently gave it to my new GF, I'll let you guys know how she liked the book from an outside perspective
Pint size mason jar (*regular/small mouth) with one of these tops. Usually juice, but occasionally wine. If you haven't tried the comotomo bottle tops you totally should, they're great
Rearz - Latex Pants fit great, work better than any other plastic pants I have tried, and are comfortable while being worn. They are a bit annoying to put on and to a lesser extent take off compared to other types of plastic pants. You're supposed to use some talc/baby powder on the inside and on your thighs to put them on so they slide on easier and avoid catching your leg hairs. Once you get them on they work great, but they do take a minute or two to put on rather than the 10 seconds or so of the more common plastic pants. They don't have any seams, so there are no pressure points or ridges that catch things and they are entirely latex so no part will wick moisture into your bed or other furniture. I know they come in at least yellow or pink, but I don't know of any in this style with designs if that is important to you. They are entirely latex (or maybe artificial latex), so they should fit well with whatever body shape you are. I've had them for a few months and they haven't leaked yet and they have often caught liquid that came out of my diapers. You can find them elsewhere, but I got mine from amazon. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07F5ZBVSM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&th=1
I mean if you're on a tight budget and have only ever tried goodnites, then any store brand adult diaper is going to be a huge step up for you.
But if you want something that will take multiple 1 & 2's your going to need to look at M4's or higher. Any diaper is made better with booster pads so that could be a cheaper option for you to gain capacity without breaking the bank on something more premium like ABU's or Bellissomo.
That depends on if you want to use both, or if you just want the outer one for the look/bulk.
Personally, I like to run a single slit down the entire length of the diaper, then put a couple of Abena stuffers inside it (one in front, one in back). This gives you a lot of flow-through, and the stuffers both add bulk/capacity and help keep the gel in. When taking it off, to avoid having the gel/crystals go everywhere, I only undo the top tapes, then pull down both diapers at once. Other methods I've seen suggested are numerous, shorter vertical slits, or making diagonal cuts in alternating directions.
One that seems to come highly recommended (although I haven't tried it myself) is using a pinwheel to make lots of tiny holes quickly, which is supposed to give lots of flow-through without any risk of spillage; if you're in the US you can get one for under $6, delivered.
Also, regardless of which method you use, it's best to stay away from the edges when making cuts/holes, since that's a recipe for leaks.
When you say Megamax Supreme, do you mean the NorthShore Megamax ( https://www.amazon.com/Northshore-MegaMax-Tab-Style-Briefs-Medium/dp/B07P88X49H/ref=sr_1_2?crid=25OWXBFJEMHDV&keywords=megamax%2Bdiaper&qid=1574731212&sprefix=megamax%2B%2Caps%2C249&sr=8-2&th=1 ) or the NorthShore Supreme Briefs ( https://www.amazon.com/NorthShore-Supreme-Incontinence-Tab-Style-Briefs/dp/B017HZJJF2/ref=sr_1_4?crid=25OWXBFJEMHDV&keywords=megamax%2Bdiaper&qid=1574731212&sprefix=megamax%2B%2Caps%2C249&sr=8-4&th=1 )?
Not sure what exactly you mean by the small rectangle ones (as these are rectangular, but not really small), but check out NorthShore Care’s booster pads. They’re the same as Bambino and ABU’s booster pads but for cheaper. I get the large size from them. NorthShore also carries a few other brands, and their comparison chart on this page is great!
NorthShore listing // Amazon listing (Prime eligible!)
Abenas are these: https://www.amazon.com/Abena-Abri-Form-Comfort-Plastic-Backed/dp/B004GJOB10
You order them online. If you're concerned about getting them in the mail and your wife is like, "Honey, what the heck is this?" get a P.O. Box and have them shipped there.
The best you can buy at the store are the Depend Protection w/ Tabs or Walgreens (https://www.walgreens.com/store/c/walgreens-certainty-fitted-briefs-maximum-absorbency-medium/ID=prod3958818-product). I recommend neither, really, unless you're drip incontinence. If you're a "flooder," you're going to leak.
It's pretty damn easy for the most part. Generally no one is going to notice if you are padded if you don't smell. So you will probably be fine just wearing around the house. Unless it's deathly quiet and you crinkle loudly no one is gonna notice. Keep a trash bin in your room to start. Get those smell proof bags lined with like baby powder and put used diapers in those. ( https://www.amazon.com/Sassy-Disposable-Diaper-Sacks-Count/dp/B0007V644S ) take them out to the garbage in a larger bag with other normal garbage in the bag. Just don't let them sit for more than a day the smell is pretty obvious. Also don't forget to shower immediately after waking up if you slept in a wet diaper. I wear around people I don't want knowing and no one has noticed in like 5 years.
I make and sell mason jar baby bottles that can hold 32oz of liquid, and it's just a standard quart size regular mouth mason jar, and a comotomo y cut/variable flow nipple.
They work so well, can't recommend this bottle combination enough. (And, if you'd like... The rope nets I make for them protect the jars fairly well from breakage :) )
> 2. In the US, I think the only place to buy Plastic Backed Abena M4's would be XP Medical?
XP, Amazon (plus several Marketplace sellers), Northshore, KCK and I'm sure others carry them too. Space or Tykables overnights.
