The IdeaPad 700 has an i5 quad (as opposed to the 20%-faster i7 quad) but an IPS display, and is cheaper.
Not a true professional-grade IPS display (doesn't meet the sRGB color gamut) but still much better than most of today's TN-type laptop displays when it comes to properly producing dark colors. Should be about the same as the Inspiron 7559's IPS display (and on that note, I'll add that I would avoid Dell's newest Inspiron 7000 (7567) Gaming, since it uses a much worse quality display).
