That's the one! It has some great stories in there, and yes, a lot of people have been scalded to death in the geysers. You can frequently witness tourists going off the boardwalks, illegally, to get closer to the geysers. Darwin was really on to something.

Also a puzzle toy is an option. My little pig-dog has a tug-a-jug, which takes him a good five minutes to eat his dinner, instead of fifteen seconds.
One of my friends trained her cat to shake hands for a treat and now he just does it when you tap his paw, no treat necessary. She also mentioned she used a clicker at the beginning too but I don't know what she used it for.

I highly suggest this harness. We have a puggle (pug/beagle mix) who is pretty much a lump on the couch until it's time for a walk, then he goes berzerk sniffing everything. This harness makes it so he is contsrained, but not in critical areas.
I like the single pie-face version because it feels more random; instead of just whomever is mashing the fastest.
That is just not the right bowl for the dog. Get something like this it has a larger base and will not flip over if the dog steps on the side. Only cost $10.
Recommend the Booda Cleanstep it means they have to go up some stairs and round a corner so the cats can’t pee/poo out of the box.

I've seen ones where the door only pulls out like an inch and you have to stick a finger in to press a little tab to open it further. Doesn't require handles or anything. I couldn't tell you what they're called, though.

Some cats prefer running water, and that it’s fresh. They make Fountain water bowls to simulate running water.

We have three of them in the house. Two in the basement and one on the main floor. It takes less than five minutes to clean all of them. No more scooping. You have to use clumping litter though.
That cleaner the wife uses and really likes. She also makes some kind of oil spray with lemon and peppermint oils. The house smells like an essential oil MLM trap. LoL
