This is what you're looking for. As /u/Frink_the_tink said, this is the tool you need. Just pluck in onto a 3/8" ratchet, and screw it!
So when I (routinely) replace the clutch, what is a good kit I can get for a decent price? I would preferably take a Stage 1 or 2 kit over a stock OEM.

GM radios and theft deterrent systems are a pain in the ass.
