I was reading the reviews for fiber one bars on amazon and they seem like they will keep you pretty regular. Actually the reviews are super funny to read. Enjoy:

Just a FTM, but we've been talking about this a LOT for the same reasons. Our bigger dog is also not a fan of the car and our smaller dog tends to scramble his way forward whenever we're not looking.

Two things we love for making the trunk area better:

-A barrier is really nice for keeping them from scrambling forward and endangering everyone by distracting us or stepping on whoever is in their way.

-a hammock helps the more nervous dog relax more. On a flat surface he tends to pace and shake as the car moves, but he lays down and chills in a hammock arrangement.

This one is a bit pricey but I loved it: Pregnancy Day By Day https://www.amazon.com/dp/1465415904/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_-jQyybYR1JHPX

It gives you something to read (and pictures!) for each day. I would read it before bed every night with my first pregnancy.

The other one I found helpful was What to Expect when you're expecting. It isn't a good book to just sit down and read but I found it was a great reference if I had a specific concern or question.

Just a hair under two weeks. She was born on the evening of July 5 and got out yesterday afternoon. We're very lucky, she is just small and young.

So far, so good! But then, the relief of having her home certainly helps. She slept pretty well last night in her little swaddle sack.

From what I've been looking up, seems like the most popular home remedy is oil to loosen the scales + picking it off. So you would put on some oil (olive and coconut are popular choices) and let it sit for a while, wash it off and exfoliate with your fingers / cloth / comb (one person suggested a toothbrush), and then pick off the rest of the loosened scales.

Some people also like special shampoo like: https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B01MYONM8E/ref=mp_s_a_1_6_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1504865713&sr=8-6&keywords=baby+cradle+cap+shampoo&dpPl=1&dpID=31S%2Bkb0QhvL&ref=plSrch

I spent a while picking it out of my baby's eyebrows yesterday and they look soooo much better already. Still has some flakes, but the bumpy red rash has improved significantly. Now to expand my efforts to the rest of his face...

Oh, I also run with a support belt that is designed specifically for SI issues. I get a lot of pelvic pressure and love it much better that the regular one from your link, which I tried during my son's pregnancy. Just sth to keep in mind if you start to feel like the regular one is not "doing it" for you anymore. Here is a link. Sorry for format. Are you planning on hiking the trail by yourself or with someone else? It is my lifetime goal to convince my husband to hike the Appalachian Trail with me so that I don't have to hike it myself. If you like to read, I highly recommend [Grandma Gatewood's Walk] (https://www.amazon.com/Grandma-Gatewoods-Walk-Inspiring-Appalachian-ebook/dp/B00IQY2Q0O); it's a great read!

For those of you addicted to Amazon Prime the way I am, I have these amazing black work pants that are basically stretchy yoga pants, but somehow look very neat and polished. That brand makes a huge variety of deceptively dressy looking stretchy pants.

I had carpal tunnel before I got pregnant, and thankfully it hasn't gotten worse. My suggestion is to wear wrist splints when you sleep. I get woken up easily (with tingling or pain) if I bend my wrists in my sleep.

I love these ones because they are lightweight and not too hot for summer: https://www.amazon.com/Mueller-Fitted-Wrist-Brace-Number/dp/B002NLGNW8/ref=sr_1_1_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1500397081&sr=8-1&keywords=mueller%2Bgreen%2Bwrist%2Bbrace&th=1.

Additionally you may look into buying a sun shirt. They come in all kinds of colors and you can get long, elbow-length or short sleeves depending on your preference. Plus they double as an excellent sunblock so you won't get burned across your shoulders or stomach.

Good luck!

I found this [tankini] (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01K6MM5H2/ref=twister_dp_update?_encoding=UTF8&th=1&psc=1) very comfortable. Protected my sensitive belly button from sand and sun (SPF 50!). My regular bikini tops weren't going to work - risk of indecent exposure due to rib/boob expansions. Still was able to use my bikini bottom.

As far as air purifiers, I purchased this one a couple months ago and am thoroughly impressed. It's currently set up near the kitty litter box and does an excellent job of eliminating those awful odors. It's sleek and quiet and covers a great amount of room compared to others.

I gave him this shirt, I've had it ready since our wedding lol. He wants to wear it when we announce to everyone else, so I think I'll get something cute for myself to wear too. Maybe "We're hungry"?

I loved those big pads they gave me to wear in the hospital. Now that I'm home(2 weeks pp) I've been wearing these, and they're great.

I got a Sonoline B and it's honestly worth it! I got it for 40$ I think, I only use it when I'm stressed out (every couple of days LOL) and at the beginning it was difficult to find it, but now I know where my baby loves to hang out and find him in a few seconds!

Keep taking the softeners every day.

Other advice: If you have hemorrhoids, don't push your poos! If you can afford a small bidet unit, buy one! It'll go a long way to helping your hemorrhoids not be irritated and bleeding. And it's better for the drains than flushable wipes.

Sounds adorable, will have to check it out! Have you seen the moon in my room nightlight? I like that it's remote control. You can cycle through the phases of the room to get more light to check on baby. https://www.amazon.com/Remote-Control-D%C3%A9cor-Night-Light/dp/B000EUHKUE

Anyone have any thoughts or experiences on using ice packs for relief after vaginal delivery? I was looking at buying something like this just in case, but wasn't sure if they're helpful or necessary. https://www.amazon.com/VagiKool-Reusable-Cold-Pack-Komfort-Fit-Postpartum/dp/B018W41DUQ
