No, at least for Bojack they‘re working with a Korean animation studio called Big Star Enterprise. But they have a design team in house (supervised by Lisa) that creates all the character puppets, mouth sets and special pose models.
Edit: If you’re interested in that sort of stuff and want to know more about the creation of Bojack I highly recommend The Art Before The Horse. It’s a fantastic high quality book about the inception and inner workings of the show and also a great way to more directly support the creators.

AFAIK, Amazon is MP3 only. But more importantly, the link you've posted points to a cover version of the main theme, not the original. The official album soundtrack is here (sur le store français, si c'est ce que tu cherches).
The soundtrack seems to be sold in FLAC on a few sites (1, 2), but the best way to be sure to get it in CD quality would be... to buy the CD version that's being released next friday (although it's tough to find in other countries).
The artists come up with those! The Hockney was specifically designed by Lisa Hanawalt (as were a lot of them), but we've had many background artists over the years make tributes to some of their favorite pieces.
When we were putting together this calendar (I hope I did that link right!), Lisa noticed that a lot of the artists we'd been shouting out on the show were white men. Since then, we've tried to diversify our references a little more.

Totally worth it, too. I've been really disappointed by most TV show companion books, this is the best one I've ever read. Gives you insight into how the show came to be conceived, how it was pitched, how a season is blocked out, how an episode is produced...and in so doing, gives you insight into the world in which BoJack and co. live their daily lives.
