Overall I think your art is very good. You have an excellent grasp of anatomy and facial expression. Your biggest flaw is just cleanliness. I'm not certain of whether or not you own a digital stylus, but it will really help. Here [1,2] are two different ones you may want to look at depending on what you're able to get a hold of. I understand that this could be difficult at your age.

Beyond this, practicing your lineart is all that's left. Here is a good guide to help you figure out where to start. Also, try to take the time to make your coloring complete and neat. Other than that, I can't think of any other advice, since you're starting from such solid ground.

Good luck with no vibrant colors. You might be able to find some replica All Might stuff from the shirts/hoodies that Deku and Koichi (from Vigilantes) wear. That'd all probably be pretty brightly colored.

Here's a variety of shirts, some might meet what you're looking for. Some seem pretty nonchalant, IMO.

If you mean books, then I doubt there are any.

There's a bunch of different kinds on Amazon, and I honestly think I could've gotten a better one, but this was the only one in my size that would've gotten here before Halloween. I really gotta look for a costume before the week of Halloween next year...

Looks great, he's very talented! Definitely have him check out copic paper, it will make blending easier and smoother so you won't see the overlapping lines. Also the paper he is using is too absorbent, if he gets this paper or something similar it will waste way less ink.
