I’m so sorry about the rosacea you beautiful ladies. I have some tips that may help:
I tried fractional laser for my broken capillaries, and it didn’t do anything except give me a scar from a blister I got.

  1. l- lysine helps strengthen blood vessel walls.

  2. fungal acne safe routine:
Check your skin care products on and make sure they are fungal acne safe.

  3. the Ordinary’s Alpha Arbutin:
It has a cooling effect on the skin (skin carisma says this is not fungal acne safe, but it doesn’t give me any issues.)

  4. scrape your face: yeah I don’t know why this helps so much but it does. Gently scrape the gunk off your face with this thingy:
    Also good for KP.

  5. Squaline oil: I use the one from the ordinary, but if you search reddit for squaline oil you will find other recommendations.

  6. eucerin healing cream on your worst patches.

  7. sun screen: I like this one:

    Or this one:

You can get it on Amazon, but you want one that is UMF certified for maximum results.

She started beekeeping as a hobby about 5 years ago. My dad had hives when we were little but the neighborhood kids wrecked them all the time so he gave up. If you do any research on honeybees at's absolutely fascinating. The hive is it's own world, totally self sufficient as long as pollen sources are available. Our area is particularly attractive to honey aficionados. There isn't any commercial agriculture here so the honey is of a very high standard.

If anyone is interested, there are a lot of things you can do besides having active hives. Plant good pollen sources in your yard etc. It's important to ask your local nursery for plants that haven't been treated with pesticides. They travel through the plant and are detrimental to honeybees. Also, if you happen to have an infestation, don't just call an exterminator, see if there are beekeepers in your area that can cut the hive out and relocate them. Honeybees are essential to keep our food supplies adequate. Sorry for the wall of text, but her passion for honeybees is infectious!

Her first book has an impressive 2.5 stars on Amazon.

Here are the highlights of some of my favorite reviews:

"What kind of publishing house would allow this nonsense?"

"I couldn't put this great, bathroom read down fast enough."

"I got this as a joke gift, and it got the laugh I was hoping for - FIVE STARS FOR THAT! I have no idea if the content is any good, who cares."

"Sadly, this book seems to have been written by a child."

"Please don't be stupid like I was and pay good money for this poorly written sophomoric rendition."

"Trash is as trash does."

This is the one I have and I love it! It's super light weight (except for what you put in it of course) and the lid locks so it's easier to transport for pot lucks and things. It takes up quite a bit of room but I usually store it when I'm not using it. I'm a huge fan of crockpots because I usually run out of energy in the evenings but I do love to cook.

Entirely off topic, but Chrissy Teigen's cookbook is fucking phenomenal. She has no business making such good food (she's a model married to a musician), but we've made more stuff that's awesome from her cookbook than we have from almost any other on our shelf.

I think your comment just made me think of it because she's a Teigen is a housewives superfan, and also she does play to her strengths. She's apparently got some solid stock of food recipes and focused on that with her book.

If you're looking for something similar to Wen I recommend this: It's super good for my hair, a lot cheaper and the ingredients are pretty amazing.

I'm a recovering heroin addict & am on a daily low dose of methadone. it's great, no complaints, helped me get my life back and is doing its job for the time being. however along with a lowered metabolism and almost constant sweating one of the side effects is that when I lay down to go to bed at night I am in a weird dreamy pre-sleep half-awake mode? idk how to explain it.

anyway weird shopping is something that tends to occur during that short window of time.....a few days ago I got an email telling me I bought this father's day! I don't recall even LOOKING at this mug

I was amused but made movements to get it cancelled. a couple hours later I got an email telling me that it wouldn't be possible, it was already shipped and on its way. wtf!!! I don't even have a dad!!! lmfao. I gave it to my sister to give to her father and all was well, she's only 17 so I guess she can get away with giving fart joke gifts and he liked it

when they give psas about the damage opiates do on peoples' lives, they never mention this reckless shopping!! I'm glad your clothes are cute though ❤️ consider it a well deserved gift from yourself to yourself for the bad infection you had to go through

Crafty friends, I need help! I have a tiny (1inch) flower that I've pressed in paper in a stack of books for weeks. I want to seal it in something and put it in a locket. What would I use to do this and how?
I found this mold casting kit but don't know if it will work.
Does this stuff work better? If so, how do I use it?
I'm not sure if just shrink wrapping is best either

That's a great idea! Sheet masks will feel so good after a long day!

  • Sole serum makes feet feel better after wearing heels (if she has to dress up for the office)

  • Tide stain stick

  • lint roller

  • cute water bottle (target now carries Swell)

  • Aleve (or something for headaches)

  • snacks

  • travel manicure kit

  • mints

  • mini toothbrush, paste

  • hand cream to keep at desk

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!! OMG. I would look like the crazy lady on the train hysterical laughing listening to their podcasts!!! This is also a good book.

In related news, did you ever watch Extras? SUCH A GREAT FUCKIN SHOW!!!!

WEIRD! It's not on the website but it's this one Maybe it's been discontinued, I bought it a while back online but started using it just recently. Shit I might have to stock up!! (And it says "lotion" on mine too but it's definitely a toner.) But the main ingredient is the Salicyclic Acid, so honestly just go to the drugstore and find whatever you like with the highest percentage of that in it. The big difference for me was I'm doing it 3-4 times or more a day now, especially before and after the gym and the shower after I've sweat and the pores become nice and ready to get clean!

i commented the same above, but you should definitely read this book, especially if you're interested in learning about introverts vs. extroverts. it was really eye-opening for me, and i wish i could make every single one of my coworkers read it.

3.0 out of 5 starsGreat book!
Byenriquita marshallon October 5, 2014:
I never understood why Phaedra Parks, successful entertainment attorney, would marry convicted felon, Apollo. Now it all makes since, she is the mastermind behind the scenes. Amazon Reviews

Kandi also made sure to mention Angela Stanton's expose several times.

Touche, Kandi.

I wonder how much Kandi knows about Phaedra's dirty dealings? How much did Phaedra tell her? Better question--how much did Apollo tell Todd?

Pink dog food website and where to buy it

edit: Just read one of the reviews on amazon:

>My dog accidentally ate this when we were visiting a friend and her pup. I'm not sure if my dog is allergic to the artificial color additives, or if it just wasn't good for his system, but he threw it up all over a beige couch. The couch is now STAINED an awful pale pink color because of the dye my friend wants me to pay for a new couch.
This product is absurd and unnecessary.

And Court replied:

>Court Westcott
Lauren, I am sorry that your dog was unsupervised and consumed someones else's property. It is usually a good idea to slowly mix in new dog foods when changing brands. Also, this review is done by a nonverified purchase and is therefore absurd and unnecessary.
