For more high end winter looks I really love monochrome outfits. They look incredible without really having the try. Also one of the biggest tips that I got a few years ago that really upped my fashion game is accessories. Monochrome outfits (all black usually) with gold pieces (necklaces, bracelets, belts, anklets) and a hair accessory as a statement! Hope I helped !
I will admit to being 100% against black clothing. It's too hot to suffer through the 1/2 mile to my car after work. I LOVE LOVE LOVE your T-shirt and blazer idea.

The most comfortable shoes I own are all made by ECCO, and their dress shoes are the best. They can be a little speedy if you're used to cheap shoes, but they are well worth it. I usually order through Amazon.
