Here's a list I had written up for another user with similar parameters.
Bagged=Better.
A BIFL vacuum under $200 really can't be considered BIFL, but I think these are some good options (For primarily carpets, all hard floors would be a completely different list.)
I would always recommend buying from a brick and mortar store if possible. Not only do they typically provide better service/support than big box stores and internet retailers, they are essential your warranty center and I think if your paying for warranty you should make sure you have a place to have it taken care of. There are other brands that are not mention here that are available (Cirrus,Evolution, etc.) but I would recommend most the machines below over these companies.
Carpet Pro/Fuller Brush - I have these with commercial accounts that have used them for 9+ years. (To give you an idea the vacuum industry considers 1 year commercial use = 5 years residential use.) With this formula these machines have 45+ years of use on them. *Now these machines are well cared for and maintained which is only going to prolong the life compared to folks that do nothing to maintain their machines.

Hoover - Is not the same company they were 20+ years ago. They are owned by a bigger company who also owns, Dirt Devil, Royal, and Oreck. I think these are the two machines they make that are worth a darn.
[Hoover Tempo - IMHO the best machine Hoover makes these days] (http://www.amazon.com/Hoover-WidePath-Bagged-Upright-U5140900/dp/B0009ONZ8G/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1444932726&sr=1-1&keywords=Hoover+tempo)

Panasonic - Has a number of bagged uprights that work very well
UG223
UG471
Riccar/Simplicity - I personally have had my Riccar for 6+ years and it would be my recommendation. They have good warranties and they're made in Missouri.

I assume that you just want speakers, i.e. not an amplifier. Decent speakers and amps are generally separate. (There are some good speakers that have built-in amps, like some studio monitors, but they are out of your price range.)
You can get pretty decent speakers for $150, and they will probably be BIFL in the sense that unless you blow them out, speakers tend to last a long time. (I'm using a pair of my father's 1966 Scott Hi-Fi speakers and they still work great.)
These Pioneers are pretty well-reviewed and are only $130/pr. That is dirt cheap. Almost absurdly so. No, they are not B&Ws. But they are probably like 80% as good at less than 50% of the price, so I think they're a pretty good deal, personally. And if you decide to go to a quadrophonic or 5.1 system you can always use them as rear-channel speakers sometime.
Gently used Klipsch or other big-brand bookshelf speakers on eBay can be a good deal, but be really careful lest you end up buying something that's not what it claims to be, or is blown out, or has had its drivers swapped for some Chinese generic crap... there's some risk of shadiness there, because you're dealing with goods that are not obvious as to what they really are.
Oh, and don't spend money on speaker cables. Expensive speaker cables are how morons are separated from their money. Go to Home Depot and buy some heavy duty extension cords and solder blade connectors (or whatever connector you like) onto the ends.
A stock pot with a steamer and colander is more useful than just a stock pot. Something like this Just an example, I'm sure there are others.. Stock pots really don't need a thick bottom, as stock is not likely to burn in hot spots, same with boiling pasta and steaming, but a thick base like this one has will work well making stews, chili and other thicker soups. It also makes searing pot roast easier and you then use it as a dutch oven. A double boiler pot would make it perfect.
12" skillet seems big. Most burners I have used really don't cover that area well. For a primary first skillet I'd go with a 10.25".
Most decent knives are BIFL, so find one that is comfortable to use. personally I did not like the grip on the Victorinox, but over all a good knife.
It is strange they don't list a sauce pan.
^ this. Have one, it's amazing. My girlfriend got it at a restaurant supply store. It's ugly, has a welded handle and you have to set it on a ring, but it's an order of magnitude better than any other. I had one that was anodized aluminum (it was semi-nonstick?) but this one just blows it out of the water. I heat mine over the propane burner from a turkey fryer. I haven't gotten the metal to glow yet, but it comes close. I barely have to use any oil in my stir-fry, as most food has precisely zero interest in sticking to 800F metal.
I don't know much about the ceramic nonstick, that may be closer to BIFL that Teflon, but other than a cheap (basically disposable) Teflon pan for eggs, I avoid nonstick.
Edit to add: it can definitely go in the oven, though you'll likely need to move some racks around.
Here's an Amazon link to one that looks about like ours. You'll definitely need a ring to hold it up, but if you take care of it (oil well after use, don't let it rust outside) it would likely last generations.
Whats your opinion on this vaccum?
Hoover Tempo WidePath Bagged Upright Vacuum, U5140900
I am not an expert, but it seems to be the "civilian" version of what you find in every single office and hotel. I've had it for 5 years and it works wonderfully.
Just how much better would a $300 vacuum be? Sure, it may not be all shiny and space-age like the one you posted.. but for $80 I find it an amazing buy.
I have used this bag through middle school to college. It is the perfect size for holding my Macbook, notebooks, textbooks, etc. When you need it to be compact, draw in the side straps and you have a small portable backpack. However, if you release the side straps, the bag is perfect for a weekend trip, camping, airplanes, hiking etc. I have even used it for snowboarding. Here is PX link. If you know anyone military you can get it through them without tax. But I'm pretty sure you said your in Australia so I'll also put the Amazon link.

Or Amazon:

If you wanted something bigger with aluminum back support, I also have the bug out size. If you know you will be carrying heavy weight for long periods of time, this bag is the most comfortable and supportive. It also counts as a carry on in airports, so that is a plus.

Invest in a nice pair of headphones.
I recommend V-Moda Crossfades. They are extremely high quality, have great customer support, and are definitely BIFL. Those things are tested to military standards while maintaining a badass look. They also sound much better than a pair of Beats that you could get for the same (if not higher) price.
(IIRC you can also custom order some laser-engraved sideplates. Yes, those metal plates on the sides are interchangeable.)
In terms of BIFL:
V-Moda Crossfades
http://www.amazon.com/V-MODA-Crossfade-Over-Ear-Noise-Isolating-Headphone/dp/B003BYRGKY
I've owned a pair for 4 years and I still love them to death. Vmoda uses metal and leather to construct the band/earcups and they come with a hardshell carry case and kevlar headphone cords (never tangle). I have zero complaints with these headphones except that the leather on the ear cups takes a week or two to really break in and get comfortable.
The sound quality is SOLID on these. It wont shake your skull with bass or allow you to hear every single note, but they sound very good. I've heard plenty of headphones in the $300+ price range that blow these out of the water, but these are my favorite that I've found under $200. I'm not sure if they're considered "noise cancelling," but when I have these on my head with music playing I can't hear shit.
I use these headphones primarily for my everyday listening as well as DJing large house parties.
I cook a LOT and really appreciate a good kitchen tool. Recently I got this pepper mill not thinking it would be anything but a cool pepper mill but after decades of buying the pepper corns in the cheap pepper mills at Costco, i decided to invest. Holy crap is this thing good! I can pepper my whole plate with one turn. When I am using it in the kitchen, I am amazed at how much pepper comes out with each turn. It is truly amazing!
Unicorn Magnum Plus Pepper Mill 9" Black https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0000CFB4N/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apip_JY8sECrb93RuD
Yes. Do this.
Right now I've got that exact lepai driving these $125 speakers (set). They were designed by Andrew Jones, who is one of the more successful speaker "engineers" whos last speakers retailed for over $40,000. They sound fantastic. They rival speakers that I've heard at almost 5x the price.
I added Bluetooth fuctionality with one of [these receivers] ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00GX71GNO/ref=mp_s_a_1_5?qid=1427739222&sr=8-5&pi=AC_SX110_SY165_QL70&keywords=bluetooth+audio+receiver&dpPl=1&dpID=41ATezzg6pL&ref=plSrch )
The cool thing about getting a real set of bookshelves and starting receiver like the lepai is its cheap enough to upgrade later when your budget allows. You can go ahead at some point and get a real 5.1 or 7.1 receiver and the other speakers (matching or not). Many, if not most modern receivers come with Bluetooth and or apple airplay built in. Even something like the [Yamaha 375] ( http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B00HZE2WW8/ref=mp_s_a_1_2?qid=1427741141&sr=8-2&keywords=yamaha+receiver&dpPl=1&dpID=31Cl2ylwH0L&ref=plSrch&pi=AC_SX200_QL40 ) has more than enough horsepower.
Razer is not know for bifl.
update: the headphones' wires have since failed, resulting in one speaker not working properly unless the wire is held in a tricky position. I would no longer recommend these headphones as BIFL.
Try the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro 250 Ohms. They're built like a truck, noise blocking (not active cancelling, but just block a massive amount), and sound amazing. The coiled cable will also ensure that the wire won't fail after a few months / years from physical stress, and the headphone pads are fully replaceable. Here's a great review of them by a fellow who's had a pair for over 10 years.
Keep in mind that these require an amp or soundcard that can power high impedance headphones. For this I got a Xonar DG soundcard, which has worked out really well. Audiophiles will insist that you should spent upwards of $100 for an amp but I personally think it's unnecessary and complete overkill.
As they're heavy and require an amp, they're not suitable for travel. For travel headphones I'd recommend getting Sennheiser CX 300 II, however I wouldn't call them buy it for life as the wiring around the headphone jack keeps failing (I've had to get them to honour their 2 year warranty several times).
My husband swears by thermos. It keeps things hot or cold for hours, it doesn't leak and they have some pretty nice looking ones. :) we wash it on the top shelf of the dishwasher and they are still going after 10 years. good luck!
Edit: he has a blue and silver of these.
The difference is huge. I was considering the Klipsch pro media system 2.1 but then you have to realize... If an entry-level sub generally costs at LEAST ~100+ bucks... Then you are using some pretty cheap speakers with the klipsch if the whole setup costs $140... And you can't upgrade anything or sell parts individually..
These Micca's already have great bass to begin with.. A sub might even be overkill if you are just in a small apartment or bedroom. But that's a chance I look forward to taking.
I use a Thermos Backpack Bottle for all my hot or cold beverage needs. It keeps stuff hot of cold for hours. I doesn't leak. It has a little latch on the top so you can securely close it. I even put it in my purse with books and things! When you drink from it, it is like drinking from a cup, so you get the aroma of the beverage. It is fairly easy to clean. The only problem I have had with mine is that the color (mine was brown) came off and now it is just silver steel. It is steel inside and out. Feel free to ask me more questions. I am kind of passionate about this bottle.

Thermos Sipp 16-Ounce Vacuum-Insulated Travel Tumbler, Stainless Steel
This one has worked out great for my girlfriend. I got her one and she loves it. Keeps the coffee super warm and can drink anytime.
Sorry, the correct answer was the Thermos 16-Ounce Stainless-Steel Backpack Bottle, Silver. All the great things the BIFL folks said are true. Easy to maintain/Bulletproof/ and amazing insulation (vacuum FTW).
Ive had been using this CamelBak Insulated Mug for a couple of years now for my coffee, going strong so far.
https://www.amazon.com/CamelBak-Spill-Proof-Insulated-Travel-57002/dp/B00G46CR00/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8

Also have a Zojirushi Insulated mug for water that I have had for half a year, seems like excellent quality too. If I had to redo the zojirushi, I would definitely get a bigger one than a 16oz.
https://www.amazon.com/Zojirushi-SM-KHE48AG-Stainless-Steel-16-Ounce/dp/B00CHOUI86/ref=sr_1_1?keywords=zojirushi%2Binsulated%2Bmug&qid=1566158542&s=sporting-goods&sr=1-1-catcorr&th=1
I hated. HATED. my sleep number mattress. I had an "expanded queen" which is the same as a queen size, but six inches wider, with two air bladders. the two air bladders were tiny, and provided no support for a man my size (6'5"). The mattress felt wonderful for a few months, until the outer shell broke down and the only support was the air bladder.
Two separate air bladders means no cuddling - any variation in firmness (which is inevitable) will result in an uncomfortable ridge in the middle of the bed. If you have sex in or near that ridge, you will stretch the shell, and create a gaping chasm of sorrow in the middle of the bed.
I suspect that a single bladder mattress would be acceptable, but for the price and durability (roughly 18-24 months) it is not worth it.
I currently rock one of these these, which costs 1/10th the price, and has already outlasted my sleep number in terms of comfort.
I am on month 12 with this mattress, I don't expect it to last much more than five years. At $100 a year for pillow like comfort, I am very, very happy.
This mortar and pestle set is great if you like cooking
Or a good all carbon steel wok if you like stir frys
I'm not sure if it's long enough for you, but try an ice scraper with metal (brass blade). It won't really go dull for a long time and it's much better than scraping with plastic blade. In Central Europe we have a brand called Murska and I had their metal ice scraper for probably 6-8 years and it's still perfect and we get a lot of snow every year (and not so many people park their cars in garages...). Maybe try this? http://www.amazon.com/Snow-Joe-SJEG01-Scraper-Brass/dp/B00GO46L54/ref=sr_1_2?s=automotive&ie=UTF8&qid=1452462488&sr=1-2&keywords=metal+ice+scraper
I really enjoy my klipsch pro media 2.1! Amazing sound quality for the price and they are THX certified

Cast Iron, preferably the old Griswold or Wagner as it doesn't have the more rough surface of lodge, it's great especially for skillets and dutch ovens. As for other pots and pans you need a small sauté pan and a large sauté pan, a small sauce pan and a larger sauce pan, you also need a pot for boiling large quantities of water in (pasta, stock, and such). For the sauté and sauce pans it's hard to beat All Clads lifetime warranty though I am a big fan of Paderno or better yet save some money and look at Vollrath. For the pot I'd go with any something cheaper than the All Clad like the pot and steamer set here: http://www.amazon.com/Cuisinart-77-412-Classic-Stainless-12-Quart/dp/B0000UV01S/ref=sr_1_5?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1412954973&sr=1-5&keywords=cuisinart+pot but again Vollrath from a restaurant supply store could be an even better option.
Get a steel wok. They are actually cheaper than the rest, made to last. They are cheap because people these days want everything done for them. With a steel wok you need to spend the time to season it properly, which is actually pretty fun and entirely the point of using a wok. You can't get that "wok flavor" any other way.
As for specific brands, I can't really be sure. I got mine 5 years ago on Amazon for $15. Make sure to get a wok ring if you have electric heat, those are like $4 and are also made to last. My wok is close to this: http://www.amazon.com/Town-Food-Service-Steel-Peking/dp/B001BSQR8E/ref=sr_1_29?ie=UTF8&qid=1344917386&sr=8-29&keywords=steel+wok but again, can't vouch specifically for that.
You also might want to look out for hand-hammered woks. Those are presumably of higher quality due to their handmade nature. Here's one: http://www.amazon.com/Carbon-Steel-Hammered-Wok-incl/dp/B00012F3H2/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1344917370&sr=8-9&keywords=steel+wok Though that's carbon steel. Perhaps that's better but I would side with regular steel (cheaper and more traditional).
Yeah, I did some research on the different densities. I was mainly trying to decide between this mattress with 4" of 4 lb density and [this one] (http://www.amazon.com/Sleep-Innovations-SureTemp-Mattress-Warranty/dp/B003CT37L0/ref=pd_sbs_hg_1?ie=UTF8&refRID=10252NKCFKSG0ZTPDHYJ) listed on here last week with 2.5" of 3 lb density memory foam. I was concerned that the other one would not have enough memory foam to feel comfortable and that the 3 lb density might wear out more quickly.
One of the top reviews for this mattress was by a 200 lb woman and she seems to love it, so I'm hoping it will work out for me. I weigh about 215, by the way.
if you are just looking for good, inexpensive stereo bookshelf speakers that will last a while, I'd recommend these. You'll still need a receiver, but these speakers sound about as good as you're going to get for under $700, are well made, and can be found for under $100 for the pair quite often.
EDIT: They're $89 right now if you have Amazon Prime
As a normal human who doesn't have the time for the slow and inconsistent grinds of a mortar and pestle (I have one, but I just really don't like it), I highly recommend the OXO salt & pepper grinders. I've gotten them as wedding presents after getting them for a Christmas. They have 5 settings, the finest being similar to everyday salt size & the coarsest crushing peppercorns in half or thirds.
Every other one I've owned has gotten clogged before I was even able to go through its packaged contents, these have been refilled at least 10 times and crush exactly the same. They are a Godsend for a black pepper fan like myself.

Not sure exactly if this is what you're looking for, but this 16 oz. zojirushi mug is amazing and elegant. Literally keeps my coffee hot for 24 hours. I've never come across a better thermos.
I would recommend this thermos I have been using one for awhile and it works great. Not sure what exactly you are looking for, but it is pretty solid.
You can get really good knives without paying that price. I would recommend Victorinox chef's knives, and this knife sharpener, even though you won't need it often with good knives.
The Multiclad Pro is a little different from the French Classic, and IMHO is designed more smartly with rounded edges. Their handles are much better than All Clad too.
I'd get a handful of pans over a set. There's often too much overlap. TBH although this stockpot looks pretty, this multipot is so versatile.
I did a lot of reading and deliberating when I bought my toaster oven roughly 5 years ago, and I am very happy with the choice I made.
I am a hobbyist chef and I use this thing almost every day. Seriously take a look. I think it's better than Breville's offerings, and I'm generally a fan of Breville appliances.
Your better bet would be to go to /r/vacuumcleaners. That being said, their stock recommendation for a good starter vacuum in the $100 range seems to be the Hoover Tempo, currently almost exactly $100 on amazon (though a few days ago it was $84): https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0009ONZ8G/
If you go to /r/vacuumcleaners, be prepared to tell them if you have carpet, how thick, if you own pets or smoke, the area of your home, and if you prefer cyclone or bag and canister, handheld, or upright.
My best friend has been using this since before I met him in 1998.
v-moda crossfade lp's, made almost completly out of metal, weather proof and are the best headphones I have heard yet. They have 50mm dedicated subs and are about $140. you can also get different colored sheilds for the ear cups. http://www.amazon.com/Crossfade-Over-Ear-Noise-Isolating-Headphone-Gunmetal/dp/B003BYRGKY
I have one of these. Great knife, great sheath. Can't complain. It's also 1095 which is a great carbon steel. Same applies about rust as was stated above, about the ESEE-3-MIL, though no laser etched logo to deal with. Can't go wrong with $56, but it's rather much larger than the ESEE-3-MIL -- all depends on what you want to use it for and your personal preferences.
Not the OP, but I have and love this one.
What would be a fair price for these. I see them for about 100
Im also looking at this https://www.amazon.com/KA-BAR-Marine-Corps-Fighting-Straight/dp/B001H53Q6M/ref=pd_sim_200_9?_encoding=UTF8&pd_rd_i=B001H53Q6M&pd_rd_r=P19CMAPTDJDWYET7DZG3&pd_rd_w=QRVXy&pd_rd_wg=44qV2&psc=1&refRID=P19CMAPTDJDWYET7DZG3 The KA Bar I like a little better and is a tad bit cheaper.
I've looked around and found some similar, numbers don't watch up but thats probably because of newer models haha.
I found this triple pack on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Pentel-Sharp-Mechanical-Pencils-P205A/dp/B018JY8FQE/ref=sr_1_11?keywords=pentel+mechanical+pencils&qid=1569427292&s=gateway&sr=8-11

I'm by no means a professional, just a home cook that likes nice things. Here's my two cents on what I've cobbled together for a reasonable amount. I can't imagine needing more.
You really don't need a ton of knives in the kitchen. I have a nice global G2 8" chefs knife. And honestly just fill the rest in with victorinox. Cheaper but nice quality. Get a couple pairing knives, maybe a smaller chef knife, and I can't recommend their offset handle bread knife enough. Serration is sharp enough to not mangle your bread and the offset handle means you don't have to smash your knuckles against the cutting board.
That's really all you need.

Pre-ground pepper is as good as sand. You need to grind it at the time of use.
Get a 6 inch Unicorn Magnum (or 9 inch, if you can handle it)—these grinders are so efficient you can get the same amount of pepper from 1/2 turn as would take 5 turns on lesser pepper mills.
If you're not into the whole "nine inch black magnum" thing, then these OXO grinders are nearly as good.
I love my http://www.amazon.com/Panasonic-NB-G110P-Xpress-Toaster-Silver/dp/B008C9UFDI
highly recommended by this board, i use it several times a week.
I just bought my second one of these for a guest bed, and have been sleeping on the same one for 3 years now. Amazing bed, especially for the price. Has a 20 year warranty, just like Tempurpedic.
Edit: I always confuse bed and mattress; OP, are you looking for a bed frame or a mattress?
ok i will offer you two BIFL versions. the first one being BIFL on a budget and the second being a much higher dollar BIFL cost.

Amazon ratings usually = win
This definitely isn't about computer speakers, so my apologies in advance to the subreddit for feeding the irrelevancy - but I must throw my 2 cents in here.
Klipsch Promedia 2.1 - http://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-ProMedia-Certified-Computer-Speaker/dp/B000062VUO/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1319991372&sr=8-6
Bestbuy still keeps them on their shelves - this model was replaced a few years ago, and has probably been going for nearly a decade, and it's still one of the best dedicated computer setups there is. The only issue is they have this shitty PS/2 type connector on the back of the sub that puts everything together that sucks miserably, and tends to wear out.
I've got one of these and it works really well. The lid seals with a silicon o-ring so I don't see it ever wearing out and leaking.
edit: here is a youtube video of a guy showing the seal mechanism. I'm not sure how the mechanism works on the contigo cups so I can't say whether this would actually be better.
Amazon has them for $70. About the best price you will get.
I’ve tried many over the years including the fancy/beautiful Peugeot. Didn’t like it. Too hard to adjust coarseness. Broke a Peugeot after 3 months of ownership. Maybe I didn’t have the right model...but still.
Have had these for 5 years and love them. Easy to adjust. Built sturdy. Won’t break the bank either. Only minor complaint is they are on the small side. I cook every night just about. I have to refill them about once every 2 months.

Beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO headphones get great reviews in terms of audio quality and durability. Head-Fi.org and r/headphones are also great places to compare options.
Ladies and gentlemen, welcome to your future! I have been using this thermos for 5-6 years, every weekday. Keeps hot warm for 6+ hours (and cold a bit longer, ive read) ...also doesnt spill if properly dried before filling
http://www.amazon.com/Thermos-16-Ounce-Stainless-Steel-Backpack-Bottle/dp/B000K604P0/ref=sr_1_1?s=home-garden&ie=UTF8&qid=1416543556&sr=1-1&keywords=nissan+thermos+stainless+steel
Not good for slamming all your coffee in the morning though. I use a small stainless mug for a cup every couple hours
Edit: too hot to drink out of the thermos for first 4 hours. Mug necessary!
Wow, I didn't know they had so many different ones. These are the ones I have.. https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B001CDP5UO/ref=psdcmw_15850251_t3_B011KFIB9A?th=1&psc=1
If you live somewhere cold, buy these three things for your car before it gets cold. I use all three of these pretty regularly half the year.

I personally like the Panasonic Flash Xpress. It was recently brought back to the US market. It uses infrared heating so it's very fast. However, since it is originally designed for the Japanese market, it won't fit some larger things like allegedly "personal" pizzas that some brands put out.
These are good: http://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-ProMedia-Certified-Computer-Speaker/dp/B000062VUO
I've had mine for ~8 years, they sound great but the volume knob adds noise to the output (not very well-built IMO).
I was in the same place a few years ago, and I went the way many are recommending here: I got a good pair of closed headphones and never looked back. I ended up going with the Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro headphones: I wear them for hours with no discomfort or fatigue, they sound great, and after 2 years of heavy use they still look and sound like new.

No joke, this is the best toaster in the entire world. They stopped making them years ago but I just searched again and apparently IT'S BACK!!!!!!!

edit 3: removed referral link. Was not even aware of it. Sorry. Jeez.
I've worked in the amazon affiliate business for a decade now, and I don't see an affiliate code in there (ref=sr_1_1 is not an affiliate/referral code. It's just internal amazon click tracking garbage [as are most of the other arguments] -- I believe in this case it indicates OP clicked on a internal amazon search result)
But just in case,

If you want some virtually indestructible headphones, I would go for the
V-MODA-Crossfade-Over-Ear-Noise-Isolating-Headphone
.
Unicorn Magnum Plus
Amazon tells me "You purchased this item on July 10, 2007." Because it is Cook's Illustrated's favorite pepper mill, and that's borne out in my kitchen as well. Super fast grinding, tons of capacity (I refill once or twice a year at most) and it has never come lose or fallen apart. I've literally had no problems with it.
Also nice: its grind adjustment is on the bottom, not the top, so you don't have to readjust it every time you refill.
One design flaw: the fill door turns to open the same way you grind; if you're not careful you might accidentally open it while grinding and dump some whole peppercorns into your dish. I've done that once myself. After I bought it, I wrote the company to suggest just reversing the way that door opens; I don't know if they've fixed it in the last eight years, but they never acknowledged my suggestion so I'm guessing not.

They still sell the Promedia 2.1 (https://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-ProMedia-Certified-Computer-Speaker/dp/B000062VUO). The design hasn't changed but I heard the internals might have been in newer models. They still remain highly regarded for computer speakers.

Sometimes Novaform is also on Amazon. I'm not sure how the price compares to Costco.
The one I liked the most was a Thermos one, but then I lost one of the little pieces that was integral to the seal, and I gave up on drinking stuff on my way to work.
I can't believe Thermos Nissan was so far down. I've used the backpack bottle for the past 5-6 years and the only issue I've had was losing them
I can't recommend this thermos enough. Although it doesn't have a compartment, it does have a hook for your tea bag.
I rave about this thing to everyone I can. Keeps my hot drinks hot to the point it's almost dangerous. Doesn't matter if I'm at the office or skiing down a mountain all day. Also keeps my cold drinks cold in the blistering sun for at least 18 holes of golf.
