It's kind of pricey but I want this Naturelo vitamin. It supposedly has better forms of vitamins than what you typically get from a multivitamin.
you should get one of those lids you put on top of your food inside the microwave so that if your food explodes like that it stays inside the lid and doesn't go all over the microwave.
