I would say look on used B&H and KEH.com for lenses
Full frame I would say a used 24-70mm 2.8 L is great (this lens has been a great help to me over the years)
For a asp-c sensor (rebel/7d ect) I would really say look at the Tokina 11-16mm. http://www.amazon.com/Tokina-11-16mm-AT-X116-Digital-Cameras/dp/B0014Z3XMC Great lens for the money! So good that companies rehouse them and sell/rent them to cinematographers for almost 3 grand http://www.ebay.com/itm/like/281263585281?lpid=82&chn=ps
All the best!!
Also there is nothing wrong with getting the 450 dollar Tokina and a few old soviet lenses http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p2047675.m570.l1311.R1.TR3.TRC1.A0.H0.XMIR+len.TRS0&_nkw=mir+lens&ghostText=&_sacat=0
they are a ton of fun to shoot with
Of your options, only the second is really a macro lens. The first might be a good all around but you won't get the macro. You really want a 100mm macro lens, or a bit wider but be sure it's labeled as "macro".
Nikon 40mm macro ($280) is Nikon brand and macro. It's a nice lens.
I personally use the Tokina 100mm Macro which is a little more expensive at $350 but is a very nice lens. There are other options on this page that are comparable, I think a 90mm Tamron is also nice.
I'd go for the Zeiss over Samyang just based on brand. I don't see little under half a stop being the make or break decision on the lens.
Depends what looks better to you.
Also maybe worth mentioning I'm a huge fan of Rokinon lenses on a budget, personally I think they blow others in their price range out of the water. I've used their 50mm T1.5 EF mount and like it very much. It runs for $419 right now on amazon
Found this on amazon but im not sure if its right because it is one adapter for what appears to be 3 lens mounts? I dont understand the history of this lens series and a quick search probably made it worse so maybe someone has some insight? Thanks for the help :)
I’m also looking at this lens but the one I’m looking at is [one] now idk if it this the same as yours but I’m looking for a Marco lens. I was want that sweet Bokeh background. (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01C3SCKT0/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Za4MAbBMJFE82)
Maybe a lens filter wrench. Not sure what the size you need is but something like this

Since you want autofocus the Rokinon lenses are out. Maybe the Sony SEL16F28 16mm f/2.8 with the Sony ULTRA Wide Conversion Lens? Or the Sigma 19mm?
??? I have these lens and it widens my face: https://www.amazon.com/Canon-50mm-1-8-STM-Lens/dp/B00X8MRBCW
