Dash speakers: JLAudio C2-350 3.5 two ways.
Front Door speakers and rear deck speakers are a little weird, because I designed and built them myself, from parts I purchased from Parts Express. Essentially, they are a 6.5" woofer and 5/8" dome tweeter, with a 2nd order crossover at 3500 hz.
The speakers dramatically improved the sound of the stock Entune (which is a POS quite frankly). I do plan on installing an Alpine head unit at some point, but time and money are the limiting factor this year.
Sound deadening:
Noico 80mil on doors, floor board, and trunk.
Noico Green: in addition to the 80mil on the floor board, for additional thermal insulation. It works wonders too. It was a hot summer and my A/C was a lot more effective.
I do plan on doing the roof, plus add some acoustically absorbing materials to the headliner, but right now I just do not have the time.
As it stands the car is nearly 10db quieter than before at 70MPH. My wife has a Lexus ES 300h (exact same chassis as the Camry) and my Camry is about 1db quieter. With that said, the ES "sounds" quieter, because of Toyota using acoustically absorbing materials in the Lexus interiors. I know that sounds weird, but trust me, the ES is a lot more pleasant place to be. But I can travel in my Camry all day with little fatigue now. That wasn't true before, when it was like riding in a tin can.

Best buy wanted almost $500 to install an aftermarket deck with bluetooth, so I am very happy about this.
Just get a sweet magnetic vent mount and literally install Android Auto from the play store. You can configure it to auto launch when it connects to your car's bluetooth. Simple and effective.

Worth the change over! I did a headlight restore kit and then added these. The vision is so much better at night. I don't know how I had even seen before. Only downside is that people think they are your high beams. I tried switching the high beams but the ones I got never worked. It's a clear white light now so even without the high beams, these are awesome. They have a mininfan built in so when the lights run, the fans run.

I use something like this in my old pickup. The device acts as a Bluetooth device. You sync your phone to the device then tune the FM radio to an unused channel and you hear your calls via the FM radio. The device has a microphone. Works pretty well.

Does the car have an Aux cable input? You may be able to transit to the cars speakers using the aux input too, using the phone as a "microphone."
My car has BT but only for phone, not for audio. When I want turn by turn GPS, I set the input to Aux and I can hear Google Maps telling me the directions.
HOLD UP: If you're in a position to spend some extra money on premium wiper blades, I highly recommend silicone blades. They last 5X longer than regular blades and are crazy nice. I have a set on my 2007 Camry and the difference these blades make is substantial: the water beads up as though my windshield is hydrophobic and when I'm on the highway the water flys away. Seriously, this type of blades makes a big difference, but is a little more expensive. I have used RainX and Bocsh blades, but these are significantly better. They should be the small size, and come in a pack of four. The fit properly in the rear arm-rest cup-holders as well, so a pack of four is perfect.
Edit: Just to be clear, they are tall enough to contain a smallish spill, but short enough to not interfere with the spring-loaded thingamajigs.
It just rained XD. And nope, factory headlamps, I cleared them a bit with Meguiar's Headlamp Restoration thingy
I switched everything over to LED and haven't looked back. I use the 6000K Lasfit 9005 for the DRLs
And the 6000K H8 Hikari Ultrasfor my headlamps.
I didn't need to readjust my lamps from their stock location. Lots of light. Love'm.
The DRLs have a little flicker to them but I tried a few different solutions to fix it and none of it worked. Now I kind of like the flicker and feel it actually makes them more safe.
I had a similar issue, my left blinker worked if I played with the turn signal (right side worked fine), switched it on slowly. I changed the turn signal lever/switch in the steering column and all is good.

I just used flat black krylon 2 in 1 spray paint from Walmart, two bottles only. Rustloeum makes good spray paint specifically for wheels but I think that's online only.
