I have not tried the HMF neuro but the megasporebiotics was great.

To get greater benefit, you might considering adding a prebiotic that contains macrophages that directly attack and kill viruses, bacteria and yeast in the gut.

Prebiotics, by definition, are anything that promotes the growth of good probiotic species in the gut.

Some prebiotics are plant derived (short chain fatty acids) that feed good bacteria but starve gram-negative and fugus. You can get them as supplements or just add prebiotic rich foods to your diet. Pectin is a very good prebiotic, as well as a good detox agent (absorbs toxins).

Other prebiotics are based on macrophages that hunt and kill the yeasts and bad bacteria in the gut (but leave the good stuff alone). I'll call them the hunter-killer prebiotics. My experience with them, so far, as shown them to be very effective.

The pre/probiotic I listed in another response on this thread has both macrophage prebiotics and spore probiotics, but since you already have probiotics you like, here is a product with only the prebiotic.

If you add these macrophage prebiotics to your probiotics, it should help them be even more effective by weeding out the bad stuff while replace it with good stuff.

What kind of probiotics would you recommend? I still have a week left of Bacillus coagulans, it hasn't been working for awhile so I was thinking of switching to S. boulardii + MOS. I also have Advanced Multi-Billion Dophilus.

I would love to help if any way possible. Sounds like you have the food intake down pat. I did read your entire story. The teen medication started the trend of bad bacterial over good, or the good being killed by antibiotic allowing the bad to overflow. and then other antibacterials hurt your gut bacterial even more later on.

Ill share my story, from 20-30 I drank alchol every night, probably like 10 shots. I also didnt eat well, a lot of processed and fast foods. I drank a lot of energy drinks and downed bags of candy at night. Entire bags of sour patch kids (while going through a oxy opiate controlled habit) this lead to the build up of pain in my stomach and restricted morning pee'ing, and the typical loss of energy... eventually leading me here to learn about Candida (never knew about it) Pain developed around my belly button area, above i

Im going to list my top products that I purchased and have been using within the last 3 weeks that have made me feel better each day forward since taking them (not sure if only one is working better than the rest or all them working together). I moderate the dosing since all at once, so I make sure not to go overboard with all these together. After the first 2 days I experienced die off in the form of stomach rumbling and discomfort and a day of lack of energy. Luckily for me this lasted only about 2 - 4 days.

These products use Herbs and all natural food ingredients (this is very important) no chemicals. I think what you need is a little extra push from these herbs rather than just relying on your body to take care of the candida (which I commend your diet effort!)

Here are the customer reviews for it on Amazon. Sounds like there are people using it for medicinal purposes.

Daily Detox Tea. As a caution, though, in the last year or two, the tea changed. It's not the same, and I don't feel the same effectiveness. Other people still do, but I don't.

I was on antibiotics for mild acne for at least 10-12 months straight before switching to a topical. Towards the end of that year I had a bunch of really strange symptoms, and looking back it all seems to point towards candida but here's a quick list:

  • Wake up nauseous every morning
  • Dizzy/disoriented every morning
  • Started throwing up every workout
  • Lack of ability to feel hunger
  • Boating way too quickly(like 1-2 cups of almond milk)
  • Frequent spacing out/completely losing train of thought

Saw a GI doc, did an endoscopy and found nothing. He had no idea wtf was going on but he gave me low dose Amitriptyline since it's generally regarded as a fix for nerve endings in the gut.

I took that and it really did help a lot. So after 1-2 months I seemed better and stopped taking it. The symptoms came back over time and that's where I'm at now.

Some of my symptoms have eased so they're not as bad, but they're definitely not good. The spacey fog brain & losing train of thought is the biggest red flag for me. It's always horrible in the morning and lessens as the day goes on. But this entire time I've never been able to connect why that symptom would relate to nausea or stomach issues.

And since that med seemed to help I'm at a loss if this really is candida or not. And I still don't have proof it's candida but the more I read about this the more it aligns with my symptoms so I'm willing to try stuff and see what happens.

I will look up the Kyloic supplement(this one?) and try adding that into my ACV routine. My goal is to try stuff and look for any remote progress/improvement while taking this stuff to see if I should continue course and get on a full diet & whatnot. I'm actually amazed how much the people on here know about this & how many websites are solely focused on candida.

This really helped me clear up a lot of issues: https://www.amazon.com/Solaray-Yeast-Cleanse-180-capsules/dp/B00014DJZI (I experienced no ill side effects)

Do not take any of those "Candida cure" supplements. I had to learn the hard way, and it screwed up my gut for a year.

You should read the book, [Medical Medium](Medical Medium: Secrets Behind Chronic and Mystery Illness and How to Finally Heal https://www.amazon.com/dp/1401948294/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_cCcyyb0DS60M3) , which has a chapter on Candida. I started eating the things he List and juices and in three weeks I felt huge progress.
