This book is excellent, highly recommend getting it.
https://www.amazon.com/Hiking-Blue-Ridge-Parkway-Ultimate/dp/0762711051

Around Grandfather Mtn there is the Tanawa Trail, which is a long trail but broken up into sections that cross the parkway at overlooks, so you can pick and choose.

If you are looking for something pretty easy, try Moses Cones Park that is near Blowing Rock. Very nice trails that are not too tough.

Linville Gorge has some easy trails, but some are pretty tough too.

It's actually pretty old (2013). Thankfully I've never actually needed to use it. It is the FINEvu PRO - I don't know if it is even sold anymore. Dashcams are pretty cheap these days though. Definitely peace of mind driving around here with all awesome NC drivers.

There's a cheap, easy way around the redirect/sign in problem. Bring a travel router. I own the hootoo tripmate elite and I bring it and my chromecast on vacation all the time

Here's a link to the nano version. It's cheaper than the elite because it doesn't have a battery for charging but it should be enough to get your roku going.

HooToo Wireless Travel Router, USB Port, High Performance- TripMate Nano (Not a Hotspot) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HZWOQZ6/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_CTwtzb2JN2H73

You can pm me about it if you want

Hope everything goes well

Edit: just to be clear what you do is plug this in and use an app on your phone to connect the hootoo to the existing hospital guest network and accept the terms/enter your room number or whatever. The hootoo will create its own network that you will connect your roku to

I have experience with amazon. We bought this memory foam a little over a year ago. Absolutely love it! still wake up regularly talking about how amazing it is. It is a bit of a dice roll, but we had a friend who had purchased that exact one and we were able to test it out at their place. I definitely recommend

I am selling a Eureka Mighty Mite Canister vacuum (3670G) with vacuum bags for 25. I used it twice, but it's just not for me. The vacuum salesman who did an AMA on here said it was the best one for under 100. It's great, but like I said, not for me. I'm also selling a bike rack, its this one, and I'm selling it for 10.

Sectional sofa, 4 seats (2 corners, 2 middles) and a ottoman. Each piece is about 3'x3'. Kind of a blue-gray. Has seen a lot of cats and a toddler, but otherwise not in too terrible a condition. There is damage from the cats on one of the corners and the ottoman (see pictures). Free, you just need to load and haul it yourself. https://i.imgur.com/C1Q1mwR.jpg https://i.imgur.com/eZMsAiW.jpg https://i.imgur.com/g4XZ5FE.jpg

Sleep Innovations Taylor 12-inch Gel Memory Foam Mattress, king size. I know, I know... who would want a used mattress from an internet stranger. But thought I'd try seeing if anyone would take it for free so it doesn't go to a landfill. Purchased in 2016, has had a topper/pad over it for most of the time we've had it. We also had it cleaned by Zerorez in 2017. I took the topper off for the photo. I did see a few stains at the end, so tried to get a pic of those. Multiple cat home, most likely the stain is from one of them. Free https://i.imgur.com/I8JBTsG.jpg https://i.imgur.com/PNTTQym.jpg

I've got a neat little LoL/TF2/CS:GO mATX gaming PC with a 7950 and a g3258 running at 4.2ghz.

I also have a CoolerMaster Quickfire TK keyboard with blue backlighting and Cherry MX Blues.

Bitfenix Shinobi ATX case with 2 blue LED fans installed (I Have the original fan if you want it). Honestly, it's been well loved and I'd let it go for $20 because it's missing Two of these.

It's possible to have a bleach smell and be within the safe range for drinking water. Our municipal water needs to have some residual chlorine in it from the water treatment plant so that we don't get sick from bacteria in the supply lines. And Charlotte water does seem to get a stronger chlorine smell in the summer. They probably boost the levels during warmer weather given the greater risk of bacteria growth. Some people are more sensitive to the smell than others, so you may smell it at levels when others would not notice or would notice and not be bothered by it. I'm that guy in our house - I smell it and don't drink unfiltered water (but I'm ok with tea made from unfiltered water).

If you want to be sure of the levels you could get some test strips. According to this page the acceptable level is 1-4 mg/l. Don't know how reliable that source is, but it seems credible on first glance. It does say that the smell is noticeable to people at 1mg/l (1ppm). That matches other sources online.

If you find levels >4mg/l, then it is something to bring up with Charlotte Water again, with your result. Either way you may want to get a charcoal filter for drinking/cooking water. That will remove most of the chlorine. Certainly enough that you won't smell it any more.

There's a link between how at ease you feel as a driver and the speed that you drive. If you feel perfectly at ease, like when you're on the highway and no one is around you, you'll drive faster. If you feel unease, like the road is narrow or there are kids playing with a ball near the road, you'll drive slower.

It seems a bit counter intuitive that making an unsafe road smaller makes it safer, but it really does change driving behavior. I'd recommend Tom Vanderbilt's book Traffic if you're interested in this kind of thing.

Well these are business class devices that are priced so that residential users can also take advantage of them. Ubiquity has a huge following and there's a lot of support and documentation out there along with Youtube vids that could probably walk you through the whole process.

The devices connect to a controller. You can run the controller on a windows PC, Linux, or Mac. You can also purchase a hardware controller but it's not necessary.

You would then configure the AP and the Gateway from the same controller (basically a GUI web interface).

It might seem challenging and more than what you would run into with a standard home setup but their APs will blow Google mesh wifi out of the water.

Here's the AP I would recommend: https://www.amazon.com/Ubiquiti-Networks-802-11ac-Dual-Radio-UAP-AC-PRO-US/dp/B015PRO512/ref=sr_1_3?keywords=ubiquity+ac+pro&qid=1555956856&s=gateway&sr=8-3

Note: you will need to power the device over ethernet. A POE switch or I believe when you purchase a single AP it comes with a power injector but you want to make sure.

For sale I have my 2015 Scott CR1 30. Size 58/XL I am 6'1" and I love the fit of this bike. This bike is in great condition and has only 600 miles to its name. I bought this bike specifically to do a triathlon and now that I have that complete I am selling it to focus on running.

This bike new cost $1299+tax (MSRP says $1499, but I only paid 1299). So I have it listed at $750, for a 600 mile old carbon fiber bike you won't beat it. It has been serviced twice in the 600 miles I have had it, both times at the Trek store in Ballantyne.

Specs link: http://www.bobs-bicycles.com/2015-CR1-30.html

Included with the bike: Saddle bag with spare tube and tire levers ($35 value), frame mounted tire pump ($35 value), rear light ($10 value), Shimano PD-M520 SPD Pedals ($30 value)

Below are the add-ons you can add for extra on top of the $750:
