This is a great kit, about the only thing it's missing is a hands press, which you'll want, but those are super cheap.

Sure thing, it's a Casio resin. Super cheapo, I usually buy a white face one and a black one like this one every 6 months or so, wear em to the gym or when I'm bumming around. I usually end up either breaking them or giving them away.

A great rubber band that I have is the Barton Elite Silicon Band. It’s about $20 and you can get it on amazon.

I ordered a Barton Quick Release, Black Leather with Linen White Stitching, Here Hopefully it'll look good, I have the same one with red stitching on my Seiko SSB031 and looks very sharp.

Yes, just like hogfyhb stated, that is the rotor which is removable if you have a tool that open the case back. I removed mine and it is now super quiet. You will have to manually wind the watch but that is not hard to do and it lasts over 24 hrs when you do. Here is a link to the case back kit I purchased.
