idk if $50 is affordable to you but I just got the Rock Band 4 Strat on Amazon. It seems to work okay for me.
You need the wireless receiver
then the PS2 to USB adapter dongle
Btw it's not worth it. Too much latency to be enjoyable.
UKOG uses either the BPHS1 or BPHS1-XF4 by Audio-Technica (Probably the BPHS1's, but I'm not 100% sure).
The difference between the two seems to be the connector, but I'm not sure what the rest of his set up looks like.

I have this one, this one, this one, and this one.
The SG is about 25-30ms behind every other guitar I have, which is a lot.
It's playable, but fiddling with the calibration setting in between hitting the notes too early so they break on the strikeline, and hitting them at the correct time where they don't go past the hit window is annoying, and there's no reason to deal with that.
